Project Controls Manager

VOLTA

• Own cost, schedule, and risk reporting across a portfolio of concurrent projects • Consolidate project-level controls data from embedded Project Controls Leads into a single regional view • Govern baselines and change control consistently across the projects in your portfolio • Run portfolio-level risk reviews and drive mitigation across projects • Coach and develop embedded Project Controls Leads on cost, planning, and reporting practice • Interrogate contractor schedules and cost submissions across your portfolio • Produce clear, decision-ready reporting for regional and executive leadership • Apply and reinforce fleet-wide controls standards and systems across your projects • Support new projects entering your portfolio with baseline setup and controls mobilisation

Job Requirements

  • Project controls experience on data centre or major capital projects
  • A track record managing controls across multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong command of Primavera P6 and enterprise cost management systems
  • Experience consolidating project-level data into portfolio-level reporting
  • A record coaching or developing more junior controls staff
  • Sharp analytical skills and clear, confident reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel across the projects in your portfolio
