• Drive customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and assistance with complex inquiries, primarily through our chat platform • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, escalating them when necessary to appropriate departments, including Customer Success, Product, and Engineering • File Jira tickets for any potential technical issues, detailing the nature of the problem for swift resolution • Act as the customers point of contact throughout the issue resolution process, providing timely updates and maintaining a professional, helpful demeanor • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly • Create and maintain customer-facing Help Center articles to support self-service, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with customer needs • Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in customer interactions • Identify common issues or patterns in customer feedback to proactively suggest solutions or improvements
• Attend to all aspects of customer care in a courteous and professional manner • Provide timely responses and resolutions to partners' queries and questions • Project a professional company image through phone interaction • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• To research, source and recruit for various roles • Proactively reach out to suitable candidates using various channels • Present job opportunities and attract candidates attention • Interview and present suitable candidates to the Account Manager • Communicate and follow up with both candidates and various internal stakeholders • Organize and manage your own pipeline in the most efficient manner • Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process until the job offer is accepted • Use various digital marketing channels in order to increase your visibility • Perform any other recruitment related task that can help you expand your talent pool.
