Role Description Under the direction of the Associate CCIO and in close partnership with Pharmacy, the Clinical Informaticist (CI) is responsible for the planning, implementing, supporting, and optimizing of projects related to data extraction, processing, report application development, and analysis. Specific to clinical informatics, the CI is responsible for evaluation of the implementation of existing tools through reporting and analytics with a focus on expanding machine learning capabilities. This individual participates in the development and support of reporting applications, and, through these applications, both provides and assists the department with data analysis. This individual will work in a fast-paced environment, where innovation and thinking creatively are valued. Using statistical analysis and various data visualization techniques, the candidate will collaborate with business users and technical teams across the organization to facilitate data-driven decision making by enabling exploration and analysis of historical and near real-time data access using on-premise and cloud-based tools and technologies. The candidate will focus on both small projects and potentially projects much larger in scope. Build new custom reporting solutions and work with existing analytical tools. The candidate also should have or quickly develop the ability to create complex ETL processes. Role Description The Associate Director of Special Events plays a vital role in executing a significant amount of the planning, coordination, and execution of special events for the UAMS Office of Institutional Advancement. Reporting to the Director of Special Events, this position collaborates with various internal teams and external stakeholders to create meaningful engagement opportunities that advance the philanthropic goals of the UAMS Foundation Fund. This individual will serve in a collaborative and operational role, providing strategic and administrative support for donor engagement activities and special events. Role Description The Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM), APRN provides antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and women’s health patient care services. Role Description The Associate Director of Donor Experience is a frontline member of the UAMS Donor Experience Office (DXO), reporting directly to the Senior Director of Donor Experience. This position is responsible for engaging, cultivating, and stewarding donors giving $1,000–$4,999 annually, serving as the entry point into the DXO pipeline and a critical bridge between Annual Giving and mid-level philanthropic engagement. - The DXO functions as the connective tissue across Annual Giving, Major Giving, and Donor Relations at UAMS. - The Associate Director operates at the base of this pipeline — receiving referrals from the Annual Giving team, qualifying new prospects for DXO engagement, identifying upgrade potential, and building foundational donor relationships. - This role is equally outward-facing and infrastructure-oriented, managing an active donor portfolio while also supporting the Story Bank, prospect identification, and content-driven stewardship. - The ideal candidate is energized by discovery, organized, curious, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team environment. Role Description The Post-Doctoral Fellow will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to carry out community-based Implementation Science studies. This position will be actively involved in translational projects aimed at implementing physical activity programs in community settings. The position offers an opportunity for training in: - Physical activity interventions - Implementation science - Community engagement - Gross motor and other assessments The Post-Doctoral Fellow will have a mentorship committee, which will guide the candidate in developing and implementing their Individual Development Plan. Qualifications - Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. in biological sciences, nutrition, exercise sciences, or equivalent required. - Strong oral and written communication skills are required. - Experience in physical activity programming is preferred.
