• Manage accounts payable and receivable. • Process invoices, tax forms, and dynamic P&L reports. • Prepare and submit accurate weekly/monthly financial reports for leadership. • Handle billing inquiries and collections via email and phone. Maintain professionalism and empathy while resolving billing disputes. • Assist in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels • Clearly articulate Typescouts' value proposition to U.S. and Canadian companies • Book discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to our leadership team • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and activity logs • Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and lead generation strategies

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms • Need to source 30-50 profiles per role and manage 4-5 roles simultaneously • Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future roles • Send outreach messages • Senior researchers engage with project teams and participate in calibration • Partner with recruiters to align on role requirements • Track sourcing efforts in the ATS or CRM • Share market insights and suggest sourcing improvements
