• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels • Clearly articulate Typescouts' value proposition to U.S. and Canadian companies • Book discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to our leadership team • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and activity logs • Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and lead generation strategies
Job Requirements
- 3+ year of experience in a sales, outreach, or lead generation role
- Familiarity with recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR services
- Experience selling to North American markets
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach (email and LinkedIn)
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Previous experience working remotely or with international teams
- Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive
