• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms • Need to source 30-50 profiles per role and manage 4-5 roles simultaneously • Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future roles • Send outreach messages • Senior researchers engage with project teams and participate in calibration • Partner with recruiters to align on role requirements • Track sourcing efforts in the ATS or CRM • Share market insights and suggest sourcing improvements
Job Requirements
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Crunchbase
- Must understand deeply tech startups, funding stages, B2B vs B2C businesses
- Knows how to analyze profiles beyond surface level
- Strong written communication skills (English)
- Ability to identify and engage passive talent
- Basic understanding of the hiring process
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Required to be available 9-12 EST for meetings regardless of timezone
- Experience working in a recruitment agency or fast-paced environment (Nice-to-haves)
- Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) (Nice-to-haves)
- Understanding of Boolean search techniques (Nice-to-haves)
