Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

Turner & Townsend

• Support cost management services on large-scale data center construction projects • Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates and cost plans • Review contractor proposals and support value engineering exercises • Prepare and maintain project budgets and cost reports • Contribute to dispute avoidance and resolution efforts

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in cost management within construction
  • RICS accredited or working toward accreditation preferred
  • Good understanding of construction methods and procurement strategies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required
