Cost Manager – Quantity Surveyor, Data Center Construction
Turner & Townsend
• Supporting the client on procurement strategies • Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates • Contribute to the development and maintenance of cost plans • Assist in reviewing contractor and vendor proposals • Support value engineering exercises and risk assessments • Assist with cost reporting by preparing and updating cost reports • Maintain project budgets and risk registers • Participate in periodic cost review meetings • Support cost control processes and track change orders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in cost management within construction
- Experience supporting fast-paced construction programs
- Good understanding of construction methods, procurement strategies, and commercial management principles
- RICS accredited or working toward accreditation preferred
- Ability to travel to project sites as required
