• Support cost management services on large-scale data center construction projects • Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates and cost plans • Review contractor proposals and support value engineering exercises • Prepare and maintain project budgets and cost reports • Contribute to dispute avoidance and resolution efforts

• Serve as the primary day-to-day client interface on large-scale data center construction projects • Ensure delivery of disciplined, value-driven cost management services • Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle • Review and participate with the design team and general contractor in the development of cost estimates • Prepare clear, concise written reviews of contractor submissions • Coordinate all sources of cost information including self-perform work, subcontractors, suppliers, and design quantities • Manage cost checks and carry out valuations on large-scale civil and infrastructure scopes • Produce accurate monthly cost reports for client presentation and decision-making • Identify, coach, and mentor team members to support capability growth and project success

• Supporting the client on procurement strategies, including vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and coordination of the appointment process. • Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates covering construction, fees, and other project costs. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of cost plans aligned with early works, site development, and heavy civil scopes. • Assist in reviewing contractor and vendor proposals, including bid leveling and commercial evaluations. • Support value engineering exercises and risk assessments, including evaluating cost and constructability impacts. • Maintain project budgets, spend forecasts, and commercial risk registers under guidance. • Participate in periodic cost review meetings with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders. • Track and analyze change orders, supporting recommendations to the client. • Contribute to dispute avoidance and resolution efforts related to payments and change management.
