Operations Coordinator
TRIP
• Manage D2C website orders and resolve warehouse issues. • Oversee B2B orders to retailers/wholesalers and ensure OTIF delivery. (Experience working with Target, Walmart, UNFI & KeHe a plus!) • Build strong relationships with customers and distributors, resolving operational issues and ensuring excellent service. • Lead operational execution across digital channels (Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc.) • Troubleshoot order and delivery issues for customers. • Partner with warehouses to support U.S. order flows. • Manage stock, reporting, reconciliations, and invoicing. • Support Marketing with buyer/influencer send-outs and events.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in an FMCG operational role or equivalent experience.
- Skilled in data analysis, numerical reasoning and able to pick up new software quickly.
- Considerable experience with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is a must.
- Understanding of an ERP(Unleashed) & EDI (SPS Commerce system) would be a bonus.
- Able to see the bigger picture and find operational efficiencies (or at least keen to develop an efficiency mindset) in a rapidly changing supply chain.
- Detail driven, with a passion for problem solving and getting the job done in an organized and efficient way.
