• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mobile software engineers across Android and iOS platforms. • Establish and enforce architectural, coding, design, and quality standards across both Android and iOS platforms. • Manage team performance, conduct regular one-on-ones, provide feedback, and support career development and professional growth. • Develop and communicate technical strategy for mobile platforms and coordinate cross-platform initiatives. • Oversee software development and deployment processes across Android and iOS platforms. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, best practices for development including continuous integration, testing, automated deployments, and code quality standards. • Oversee analysis and resolution of critical issues, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges. • Ensure the team stays current with the latest mobile development technologies, methods, and tools. • Ensure accountability for team quality, performance, and delivery of commitments. • Lead with vision and initiative, driving technical and team excellence with strategic autonomy. • Celebrate all facets of diversity and inclusion and thrive in an environment where everybody’s unique contributions are welcome. • Detail and communicate the awesome work that you do. • Actively participate in team ceremonies such as daily standup, planning and refinement sessions and retrospectives.
• Import sales, cost of goods sold, deposits and inventory movement entries into accounting software • Manually enter invoices into accounting software; match and reconcile invoices to receiving activity • Perform bank, credit card and loan reconciliations each financial period • Research nominal discrepancies in receiving or banking activity • Code items to GL accounts but verify accuracy with Accountant as needed • Provide support to the accounting team and retailers as needed
• Manage the full set of financial accounting in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) • Take full responsibility for monthly and annual closings in accordance with Swiss GAAP and the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) • Maintain the general ledger, subledgers and fixed assets accounting • Perform account reconciliations, provisions and accruals • Support internal and external audits and liaise with auditors • Prepare and review Swiss VAT (MWST) returns • Analyze financial data and prepare management reports • Proactively identify improvement opportunities and optimize accounting processes
• Support daily trade compliance operations in collaboration with external brokers, service providers and internal stakeholders • Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliant import and export processes. • Analyze product data to evaluate and support customs and regulatory reporting requirements. • Interpret and apply the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and other applicable tariff schedules, duties and partner government agency requirements to support Trek’s import and export activities. • Determine eligibility for preferential trade agreement treatment through analysis of rules of origin, bills of materials, and manufacturing processes. • Advise on country of origin determinations, marking requirements, and customs valuation principles. • Engage cross-functionally and with suppliers and vendors to collect, validate, and manage critical trade data. • Contribute to compliance process improvements and strategic initiatives. • Other projects and tasks as assigned.
