• Manage and grow sales of Trek accessories, Electra Bicycles, and Bontrager within the assigned territory. • Set sales targets and manage forecasting, orders, prospecting, and the tracking and advancement of sales opportunities. • Analyze retailer performance and implement strategies to improve sales, assortment, and profitability. • Act as a business consultant to retailers by providing recommendations on merchandising, inventory management, staffing, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Select partner retailers, help them develop their potential, and support them to optimize Trek’s market position. • Build long-term trusted relationships through regular in-person visits. • Share product knowledge and deliver sales training to retailer teams. • Ensure brand standards are met for product presentation and in-store experience. • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partner retailers to expand market coverage and grow the distribution network. • Monitor competitor activity and local market trends. • Represent Trek at retailer events, product demonstrations, and promotional activities. • Provide exceptional customer service while consistently embodying Trek’s brand values.
• Develop, strengthen and maintain partnerships with Trek retailers across the assigned territory • Drive sales growth and maximize Trek’s market share • Build strong, long-term relationships with retailers • Ensure Trek products and brand standards are represented consistently • Maximize sales of Trek family bicycles, parts and accessories • Provide excellent customer service
• Act as the main point of contact for retail marketing queries from retailers, distributors, and internal stakeholders • Regularly meet with your retailers and distributors (online or in person) to build relationships and drive improvement in their marketing activities • Work with retailers and distributors to create Trek marketing plans and identify collaborative opportunities aligned with brand guidelines, ROI and business priorities • Coordinate in-store materials such as POS, digital assets, promotional items, and branding • Support the delivery of Trek’s global training programme (Trek U), including communications, engagement, troubleshooting, and reporting • Coordinate and deliver retail campaigns and product launches for retailer promotion, tracking success against agreed KPI’s • Provide B2B Marketing & general administrative support to the wider Marketing department as needed
• Drive sales for Trek, Electra Bicycles, and Bontrager Accessories. • Set goals, monitor dealers’ performance, and handle forecasting, ordering, prospecting, and the sales process. • Appoint, develop & consult with retailers to maximize our position in the market. • Provide product and sales training to Trek retailers in the territory. • Conduct market research to understand the competitive environment & identify areas of opportunity. • Business Consultant to Trek Retailers. • Make recommendations to retailers about Continuous Improvement initiatives. • Provide exceptional customer service and embody the Trek brand.
• Manage retailer accounts within your market • Support order placement and maintenance • Ensure products are delivered accurately and on time • Partner closely with your Territory Manager • Manage warranty claims within your market • Take ownership of customer queries • Collaborate with departments across the business • Accurately capture and maintain records of customer interactions
• Import sales, cost of goods sold, deposits and inventory movement entries into accounting software • Manually enter invoices into accounting software; match and reconcile invoices to receiving activity • Perform bank, credit card and loan reconciliations each financial period • Research nominal discrepancies in receiving or banking activity • Code items to GL accounts but verify accuracy with Accountant as needed • Provide support to the accounting team and retailers as needed

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mobile software engineers across Android and iOS platforms. • Establish and enforce architectural, coding, design, and quality standards across both Android and iOS platforms. • Manage team performance, conduct regular one-on-ones, provide feedback, and support career development and professional growth. • Develop and communicate technical strategy for mobile platforms and coordinate cross-platform initiatives. • Oversee software development and deployment processes across Android and iOS platforms. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, best practices for development including continuous integration, testing, automated deployments, and code quality standards. • Oversee analysis and resolution of critical issues, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges. • Ensure the team stays current with the latest mobile development technologies, methods, and tools. • Ensure accountability for team quality, performance, and delivery of commitments. • Lead with vision and initiative, driving technical and team excellence with strategic autonomy. • Celebrate all facets of diversity and inclusion and thrive in an environment where everybody’s unique contributions are welcome. • Detail and communicate the awesome work that you do. • Actively participate in team ceremonies such as daily standup, planning and refinement sessions and retrospectives.
