• Assist in planning, conducting and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated solutions. • Work on mission-critical high value projects with large scale customer impact. • Support development staff by addressing functionality questions and resolving issues. • Assist in creating process engineering and/or business flow assessments to ensure appropriate design of solutions. • Assist with research, evaluating, design and implementing automated solutions that meet the business needs in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible. • Determine necessary program changes. • Evaluate user request for new automated solutions to determine feasibility, time required, and compatibility with other GDS programs/functions. • Consult with user to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. • Verify program logic and correct functionally by implementing test/beta situations. • Estimate and prepare timelines for specific project tasks. • Develop and maintain training and implementation manuals regarding automated systems. • Assist with formulating plans outlining steps required to develop programs and submit plans to the end user for final approval. • Prepares flow charts and diagrams to illustrate sequence of steps the program must follow and to describe logical operations involved. • Work with development teams to estimate and prepare timelines for specific projects. • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and take ownership in the process through handoff to support staff. • Assist in preparing input to and/or proposals, functional requirements, presentations and reports for existing and potential clients. • Support the Sr. Business System Analysts on projects.
• Source hotels, meeting space, and transportation. • Source Air Charters when requested. • Provide hotels with Rooming lists, revisions, and team itineraries. • Request and review final folios and invoices and provide to Coach/University • Source meeting space, team meals and AV requirements. • Program management from concept to completion; to include meeting and striving to exceed program goals, and objectives, contracting with suppliers, creating cost estimates. • Lead discovery calls to engage customer and learn about the meeting needs focusing on the goals and objectives of the program. • Include all internal stakeholders. • Make destination recommendations; submit eRFP’s through Cvent for a diverse group of customers with consideration of the program goals, objectives, budget, and space • Produce accurate documents/reports for clients and vendors in conjunction with account needs. • Conduct effective vendor negotiations and contract execution to include terms, due dates, cost savings and concessions for hotel/venue, ground transportation, DMC, audio-visual production, food & beverage, • Facilitate contract execution between the parties in a timely • Provide meeting owner/requester a summary of all terms, due dates, total costs and deposits to meet and exceed program timelines and deadlines. • Record accurate budget, cost, savings, and contract execution in Cvent or applicable. • Ability to travel on-site with programs as needed. • While on-site, employee should maintain a professional demeanor and project a positive reflection of Travel and Manage program reconciliation, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivables. for each program; when applicable. • Follow-up to ensure timely payment processing and revenue reconciliation. • Provide exceptional service and manage the relationship with the meeting owner. • Proactively offer professional recommendations to the client based on industry knowledge. and expertise. • Secure repeat business. • Other duties as assigned.

• Provide travel services for business travelers, including arranging domestic and international air, ground transportation, hotel, and any other travel services as requested. • Utilize communication skills and teamwork to deliver optimum service and achieve high customer satisfaction. • Communicate with customers in verbal and written form to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required. • Arrange all travel related services including bookings for air, rail, car, car service, hotel, seat assignments, and any other accommodations requested by the client. • Understand simple international travel, including fares and pricing, available resources and travel documentation requirements. • Compute the cost of travel related services using the GDS (Global Distribution System) or other booking tools. • Assist customers with various needs, such as travel changes and special requests, including any necessary problem solving. • Quality Control each reservation before queuing to the relevant ticketing/quality control queue. • Create and update passenger profiles to properly service each traveler. • Collet payment from customers for travel services according to Client’s Travel Policy and CTM Policy and Procedures. • Maintain all reservations in a completed state regardless of if authorization to ticket is received at time of call. • Monitor assigned queues and tasks throughout the workday to ensure reservations and tasks are accurate and complete. • Responsible for ensuring that all tasks within their team are completed or re-assigned by end of shift. • Participate in training opportunities to maintain and expand travel knowledge.
• Own the technical direction of CTM's shared AI/ML platform • Lead the engineering function across the CTM Intelligence Pillar • Hire well into gaps in the pillar • Create the conditions for the team to do its best work • Co-lead the internal AI Guild to build AI/ML capability across CTM’s engineering organisation

• Create Business Transformation Statement of Requirements at a Global level, followed by Regional, Business Unit, Country unique GDS, Project and operational requirements. • Converts business requirements (commercial deals, workflows, reporting needs) into GDS configurations. • Acts as the bridge between product, operations, IT, and the GDS provider/s to make sure the GDS/s is set up to support how the business wants to sell, service, and grow by understanding CTM operational needs and translating them into actionable solutions. • Analyses and solves business problems by designing and improving processes, systems, and technology. • Cross functional collaboration, bridging the gap between business and technical teams. • Supporting performance improvements without increase overheads (staff) • Quality assurance, ensuring system and process performance meets and exceeds business KPIs. • Continuous improvement by identify opportunities to optimise processes and enhance efficiency. • Understanding of CTM’s online and offline operational needs and translating them into actionable solutions to be implemented. • Provide updates on projected goals, requirements, and progress to ensure key stakeholders are aligned on outcomes, timelines and Steering Committee expectations.
• Partner with key stakeholders in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management and development practices with a focus on engaging a qualified diverse workforce and fostering an inclusive culture. • Partner with TA and hiring teams to identify qualified applicants and may coordinate full recruiting process for assigned open positions. • Coordinate talent initiatives such as CTM academy, campus recruitment, networking, outreach efforts and development programs. • Support leadership and HR teams to create onboarding plans to address specific role requirements. • Serve as a primary contact for new employees during their onboarding experience to ensure they have tools and resources and are able to build connections in integrating with our culture. • Support HRBP practices in the performance framework including documentation, reporting and tracking. • Provide support in global and regional initiatives such as workforce evaluation/metrics, reward/recognition, engagement surveys, wellness and organizational development. • Manage HR systems administration and tools to include iCIMS, ADP Workforce Now, Fresh Service and DocuSign. • Assist with global/regional compensation administration, maintain/upload job descriptions. • Take initiative to innovate and improve outcomes, processes, or measurements as appropriate. • Create, analyze and provide reporting metrics to HR team adhering to business objectives and compliance standards. • Serve as a resource to applicants and employees on topics including but not limited to the recruitment process, HR systems support, payroll and benefits, employment verifications, etc. • HR process and administration for unemployment claims, HR service tickets and special projects as assigned.
• Plan and deliver a portfolio of North America events including third-party sponsorships, owned events and customer experiences that drive pipeline and customer engagement • Own end-to-end execution of third-party event programs, including sponsorship evaluation, venue sourcing, logistics , onsite execution, and post-event follow-up • Execute event-driven demand generation programs in alignment with global frameworks, including audience targeting, pre-event promotion, onsite engagement, and post-event nurture to maximise pipeline impact. • Deliver exceptional execution with a strong focus on on-time, on-budget delivery and measurable ROI • Build trusted relationships with Sales leadership through consistent delivery, proactive communication, and clear reporting of business impact • Manage budgets, vendors, agencies, and external partners to deliver high-quality experiences while optimising efficiency and return on investment • Collaborate closely with Demand Generation to ensure integrated campaign alignment and strong conversion across the funnel • Partner with Content and Product Marketing to ensure messaging, storytelling, and audience relevance are compelling and consistent • Track, measure, and report event performance against agreed business metrics, using insights to inform future strategy and optimisation • Continuously refine the event strategy based on performance data, customer insights, and market trends
