• Build and Scale Signal-Based GTM Systems: Design and operationalize workflows that transform product usage, intent, hiring, firmographic, and behavioral signals into automated sales and marketing actions. • Own Outbound and Account-Based Infrastructure: Build account identification, enrichment, scoring, segmentation, and orchestration systems. • Design AI-Powered Automation Workflows: Build AI-assisted workflows for account research, prioritization, enrichment, routing, and personalization. • Drive GTM Experimentation: Rapidly test new ICPs, messaging strategies, engagement channels, and orchestration models.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar technical GTM role
- Experience building and deploying automation workflows that drive measurable business outcomes
- Strong HubSpot experience, including workflows, integrations, custom objects, and automation architecture
- Experience with AI-assisted workflows, automation platforms, and agent-based systems
- Experience with outbound, ABM, demand generation, or revenue growth motions
- Ability to connect APIs, systems, and data sources using low-code, no-code, or light-code solutions
- Strong systems-thinking mindset and ability to work across Marketing, Sales, Success, Product, and Data teams
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with both technical and business stakeholders.
- (Nice to Haves) Experience with Clay, Common Room, Apollo, 6sense, Lemlist, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar GTM platforms
- (Nice to Haves) Experience with agentic workflow tools such as Claude Code, n8n, AI Studio, or similar automation frameworks
