Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry (underwriting, claims, risk modeling, policy, or product management).
- Hands-on experience in at least two of the following: prompt engineering or refinement of AI algorithms, rubric and “golden response” development, LLM evaluation/quality frameworks, or AI-driven financial/insurance analysis.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, policy structures, and regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Role Description The Insurance Verification Specialist will verify patient information and confirm all insurance payer plans present on the account are up to date. If no insurance is present on the account, will research EPIC history for recent visit payer information. Will utilize contact with physician practice or patient to obtain form of coverage as needed.
