• Responsible for all Accounts Receivable activities: invoicing, collections, and reconciliations • Own and manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including vendor onboarding, invoice review and coding, obtaining approvals, and payment processing (check, ACH, and wire) • Lead and coordinate the activities of accounting support staff, including provider invoice processing personnel and temporary accounting resources, ensuring work is completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established procedures • Track vendor and contractor spend against purchase order limits and support year-end 1099 reporting • Review and process employee expense reports and reconcile corporate credit card statements • Provide cash management support by recording cash receipts daily, planning disbursements and assisting with the 13-week cash forecast • Contribute to month-end close by recording journal entries, analyzing accounts and reclassifying expenses as needed, and completing balance sheet reconciliations • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate coding and alignment with project budget • Participate in the annual financial audit by preparing schedules and responding to auditors’ requests for information • Maintain the fixed asset register and record monthly depreciation • Prepare and file gross receipts, sales & use, and personal property tax returns • Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and increase efficiency • Perform additional accounting duties and ad hoc projects as needed

• Serve as the senior clinical executive and medical authority for MyAdvisor programs, policies, and care models. • Provide oversight and guidance for behavioral health, care navigation, and integrated care delivery models. • Ensure clinical practices align with evidence-based standards, ethical guidelines, and military-cultural competency. • Act as a clinical advisor to executive leadership, partners and external stakeholders. • Lead the development and execution of clinical quality, utilization management, and outcomes measurement strategies. • Oversee clinical quality assurance, peer review, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Monitor and mitigate clinical risk, client safety concerns, and adverse events. • Partner with operations and analytics teams to track outcomes, engagement, and performance metrics. • Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, including VA, DoD, CMS, and commercial payer requirements. • Serve as clinical lead for audits, corrective action plans, and regulatory inquiries. • Maintain awareness of evolving behavioral health and telehealth regulations. • Provide clinical oversight for MyAdvisor’s national behavioral health and specialty provider network. • Promote best practices in provider engagement, retention, and clinical supervision. • Champion trauma-informed, culturally competent, and person-focused care delivery. • Partner with Business Development, Capture, and Proposal teams to support growth strategies, RFP responses, and solution design. • Serve as a clinical subject matter expert for federal and commercial proposals, customer meetings, and solutioning. • Support development of new programs, digital health initiatives, and innovative care models. • Act as a clinical representative for MyAdvisor with customers, government agencies, health plans, and partners. • Support thought leadership, presentations, and external communications as appropriate. • Strengthen MyAdvisor’s reputation as a trusted, mission-driven behavioral health organization.

Role Description Provide coaching, care coordination, referral and appointing services to clients enrolled in the VA Caregiver Legal and Financial program. Provide services via phone, text and video and a case management system for case notes, appointing, and other documentation. Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10pm EST - Responsible for assessing needs of participating clients to inform the development of personal plans in various areas including financial information and benefits navigation aimed at improving their overall well-being. - Responsible for tracking, monitoring, and documenting all coaching sessions and related services within the case management system. - Provide web-assisted audio or video coaching to utilize motivational interviewing, solution focused techniques, and other related skills to assist clients in obtaining the desired information, resources, and assistance. - Work with clients to develop personal goal plans and identify actions steps for completing their plans. - Provide connections to appropriate resources and make necessary referrals for facilitating goal attainment. - Complete ongoing training as required by customer and MyAdvisor.
