• Gain a deep understanding of Three Link’s implementation methodology across the full project lifecycle • Lead discovery sessions to gather and analyze business requirements • Demonstrate core planning platform capabilities using pre-built and custom solutions • Translate business requirements into configured planning models and workflows • Perform and oversee unit testing to ensure solution accuracy and integrity • Support clients through multiple testing cycles, resolving issues and optimizing configurations • Execute deployment activities including go-live preparation, knowledge transfer, and post-production support • Participate in at least 3 full-cycle implementations within your area of expertise • Formal product certification (where applicable) and continuous professional development • Hands-on project experience under the guidance of Senior Consultants or Solution Architects • Cross-functional collaboration with Integration Consultants and Technical teams to ensure seamless system alignment • Exposure to a variety of industries, business models, and financial planning challenges
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience implementing or working with Adaptive Planning
- 4+ years of consulting experience with a consulting or software organization
- 4+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Current Workday Adaptive Planning Certification or ability to gain within first 3 months
- Experience with Workday Financials or HCM as an implementer or power user
- Strong business analysis and requirements gathering capabilities
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable system configurations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence
- Strong presentation and stakeholder facilitation skills
- A problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client service
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Comfortable working remotely with high autonomy
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in chronic condition education and telephonic 1:1 member coaching. This is a remote, full-time position (40 hours/week) providing health coaching, assessment, and care support to members with chronic health needs. The RN Health Coach Consultant plays a key role in helping members understand their conditions, adopt healthier behaviors, and achieve optimal health outcomes through a collaborative approach. Applicants must be able to work independently in a remote environment while providing exceptional member support, education, and clinical insight. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
