The Team Architects
• Identify opportunities and build relationships with property owners • Negotiate purchase agreements and acquire properties • Generate leads through outbound outreach and follow-up • Meet with owners to evaluate properties and close deals • Manage a pipeline of leads and maintain accurate CRM records • Collaborate with internal teams during transition from contract to closing
Job Requirements
- Proven success in sales, business development, or a closing role
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in cold outreach
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to appointments
- Real estate, mortgage, home services, or investment sales experience preferred

Land Agent
