• Own execution for assigned events, balancing strategic vision with meticulous on-the-ground delivery. • Design and implement curated networking experiences tailored to senior executive audiences. • Orchestrate end-to-end logistical operations, serving as the primary liaison to ensure seamless communication and alignment across all internal departments. • Maintain rigorous quality control over event details, ensuring absolute precision across all marketing collateral, digital assets, and stakeholder communications. • Track event performance and gather actionable feedback through Airtable and standardized reporting tools. • Optimize and build upon existing templates, documentation, and processes for ongoing continuity and improvement. • Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistently exceptional member and attendee experiences. • Leverage advanced tools—including ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Airtable and other AI-driven workflows—to enhance content creation, streamline planning, and boost operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in event programming, content development, or event management, preferably with executive audiences or high-profile corporate gatherings
  • Availability in the evenings to be on-call for support while our dinners are happening live
  • Demonstrated success owning end-to-end planning and execution for exclusive events or programs
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration and event tools (Airtable, Splash, Gatsby, etc.); prior application of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in a professional context is required
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and urgent needs
  • Clear, proactive communicator comfortable coordinating across cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
  • High degree of autonomy, sound judgment, and adaptability in fast-moving, live-event environments
  • Experience documenting processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring continuity across multifaceted programs
  • Previous experience in a membership-driven or professional networking organization a plus

Role Description Workweek is seeking a Senior Event Producer to bring innovative B2B experiences to life. We host a wide variety of live events—from retreats at a mountain ranch in Bozeman, Montana, to executive dinners at Nobu Malibu, happy hours alongside tradeshows in Vegas, community meet-ups in Austin, and more—because we believe in the power of in-person connection. The Senior Event Producer will own end-to-end production for these events. They will collaborate cross-functionally to ideate and curate the best possible experiences for specific audiences, then take the lead on bringing those experiences to life. The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned live event producer who is able to: - Ideate innovative experiences - Develop and execute detailed production plans and budgets - Negotiate contracts with vendors - Collaborate with content and brand partnerships teams to optimize attendee and sponsor experience - Lead events on-site Note: All Workweek employees may work remotely, all work must be done in English and availability to meet during the Central Time Zone workday is required.
