AV System Designer, Drafter – AV, Lights, Shades, Control

• Creation of design and engineering documentation for low-voltage system implementation in high end residences • Understand design software (ideally CAD and or Revit) • Deep understanding of signal flow, networks, lighting/shading systems, and control systems • Understand the built environment and phases of construction projects

Job Requirements

  • An experienced residential AV/ technology system designer that has specialized in luxury residential for many years.
  • Experience with Design/Layout/Drafting and proposal creation or residential technology systems using tools such as CAD & Revit (Ideally).
  • Deep knowledge of Control Systems (Crestron, C4 & Savant), Lighting/Shading systems (Lutron), and Networks.
  • A steady work history (3yrs between hops).
  • A pleasant disposition, High EQ.
  • Already US Based (No Visa Sponsorship).
