Role Description We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Health & Benefits Consultant to join our agency. This role is responsible for developing and managing client relationships while helping businesses and individuals select, implement, and maintain health insurance solutions, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. As a key member of our growing team, you will serve as both a consultant and account manager, guiding clients through plan selection, enrollment, and ongoing service. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude and a results-oriented mindset to our sales team. As an Agent on the new business sales team, you will be responsible for offering all personal line products in an efficient and professional manner.
