Role Description We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Health & Benefits Consultant to join our agency. This role is responsible for developing and managing client relationships while helping businesses and individuals select, implement, and maintain health insurance solutions, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. As a key member of our growing team, you will serve as both a consultant and account manager, guiding clients through plan selection, enrollment, and ongoing service.
