Wir suchen Dich als Business Automation Manager (m/w/d), um die Workflows unserer Patient Support und Medical Quality Teams weiter zu automatisieren, deren Arbeitsalltag spürbar effizienter zu gestalten und unser Wachstum operativ abzusichern. Deine Rolle bei uns: - Du baust, wartest und skalierst unsere Automatisierungs-Szenarien (vorzugsweise in Make/Celonis), um wiederkehrende Aufgaben im Patient Support und Medical Quality Alltag vollautomatisch abzuwickeln. - Du automatisierst operative Prozesse – etwa Ticket-Routing, Eskalations-Workflows, Qualitäts-Checks und regulatorische Reportings. - Du testest neue Automatisierungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Patient Support und Medical Quality Teams sowie unserem Tech-Team und stellst eine lückenlose Dokumentation sicher. - Du identifizierst proaktiv manuelle Schritte im Arbeitsalltag der Teams und ersetzt sie durch skalierbare No-Code/Low-Code Lösungen. Qualifications - Citizen Developer Skills: Du hast bereits komplexe Automatisierungsprojekte erfolgreich umgesetzt – idealerweise mit Make, oder vergleichbaren Tools wie Zapier, Workato oder n8n. - Daten-Enthusiasmus: Du liebst Datenintegrität und hast ein intuitives Verständnis für API-Strukturen und logische Workflows. - Problemlösungskompetenz: Du findest für jede operative Herausforderung eine technische Lösung und arbeitest dabei extrem strukturiert. - Technik-Stack: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Airtable oder relationalen Datenbanken und hast idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in SQL. - Sprachkenntnisse: Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch. Qualifications - Deutsche Approbation als Arzt oder Ärztin sowie Wohnsitz und Arbeitserlaubnis als Arzt oder Ärztin. - Idealerweise (Plus-Kriterium) Facharztbezeichnung (z. B. Allgemeinmedizin, Kinder- und Jugendmedizin, Dermatologie, Orthopädie und Unfallmedizin, Psychosomatische Medizin, Zusatzbezeichnungen). - Erfahrung in der ambulanten und/oder stationären Versorgung von Patientinnen und Patienten. - Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit Patientinnen und Patienten. - Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus. - Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtmodell. - Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Fortbildungen. - Teamfähigkeit und aktive Teilnahme an Teamevents. - Volle Identifikation mit den Core Values bei TeleClinic.
