• Support pre-award, award, post-award, amendment, and closeout activities for federal grants and cooperative agreements. • Review applications for completeness and compliance; assist with drafting award documentation and supporting materials. • Conduct budget reviews, cost analyses, and risk documentation in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200 and agency policies. • Assist with monitoring recipient performance and reviewing reimbursement requests for allowability and compliance. • Draft grant amendments and support documentation for government review. • Maintain accurate and complete electronic grant files within government systems. • Track milestones, actions, and deadlines across multiple assigned grants. • Support monthly status and progress reporting through accurate documentation and tracking. • Assist with data updates in trackers, spreadsheets, and grants databases as directed by the government. • Contribute to SOPs, templates, and procedural documentation as requested. • Communicate professionally with federal staff, recipients, and stakeholders to resolve routine issues and support timely processing. • Escalate complex issues to senior analysts while contributing thoughtful analysis and recommendations. • Demonstrate strong organization and responsiveness in a deadline-driven environment.

• Provide expert-level support and process improvements related to Oracle Order Management and Accounts Receivable modules. • Partner with business users to optimize Order to Cash processes and resolve complex functional challenges. • Design and implement solutions for sales order, billing, collections, and revenue recognition workflows. • Design innovative and practical solutions for challenges that cannot be addressed using standard Oracle functionality. • Write detailed functional specifications for custom solutions and collaborate with development teams for implementation. • Provide day-to-day incident resolution and user support for Oracle EBS Applications Business as required. • Facilitate monthly business review meetings to identify system challenges and improvement opportunities. • Act as liaison between business and technical resources, advocating for business partner needs. • Support integrations with third-party CRM, fulfillment and sales order systems. • Define, document, and implement system configuration changes. • Partner with business teams to implement quality integrations with Oracle Billing. • Approach business challenges creatively while maintaining system integrity and best practices.

• Evaluate existing onboarding processes to identify inefficiencies, develop comprehensive improvement plans, and execute changes to optimize workflows. • Analyze onboarding data and insights to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement, providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders for informed decision-making. • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments (including Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering) to build, improve, and optimize systems and tools utilized by the onboarding team. • Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at boosting revenue growth, aligning with overall company objectives. • Create, and track all onboarding targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while providing regular updates on progress. • Work with Customer Onboarding teams to troubleshoot issues to ensure there are no delays in the onboarding process. • Ensure our product meets customer and partner expectations by executing quality assurance testing as needed. • Manage case and project load effectively, and follow up with internal stakeholders as required. • Monitor onboarding procedures & reporting, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers. • Assist Onboarding Operations Manager by planning, tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels, as well as coordinating any further functions relating to the operations of onboarding. • Assist in building out tools and tracking to help construct/change processes and procedures that enables the onboarding team to successfully monitor and manage workloads efficiently.

• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets for business insights. • Build and optimize OLTP & OLAP dashboards for analytical reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making using any visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau • High level knowledge of Python for data integration, manipulation, and automation. • Design and implement data architecture solutions that optimize data processes and improve efficiency. • Create and maintain end-to-end data pipelines from streaming platforms like Kafka to ensure real-time data availability on Snowflake or any other Database/Data Warehouse • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Optimize and streamline existing analytics processes to enhance reporting capabilities. • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their data needs and delivering timely, actionable insights.
