• Build, iterate and own a systematic approach to deliver a high-quality customer experience for Tango’s scaled customers. This includes: • Creating systems that leverage AI, automation & workflow tools to scale customer engagement and deliver personalized experiences across hundreds of accounts; identify opportunities to replace manual processes with scalable systems • 1:Many programs to optimize engagement programs that meet the customer at the right moments – measuring the effectiveness & iterating to continuously improve customer outcomes; this includes timebound outreach, webinars, feature release communications, etc. • Identify both opportunities & risks within the scaled segment by monitoring data and trends to drive GRR/NRR • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations by identifying trends, patterns & friction points that impact activation, adoption & retention

• Own a product area end-to-end — discovery, roadmap, prioritization, specs, and delivery for enterprise workflows in real estate transactions, lease analysis, portfolio management, or facilities operations. • Run continuous discovery with enterprise customers — interviews, data analysis, and competitive checks — and translate findings into prioritized roadmap decisions grounded in evidence. • Write clear, well-scoped product specs in an AI-assisted development process. AI tools accelerate the work; you own the judgment, prioritization, and product decisions. • Navigate platform modernization constraints — make sharp trade-off calls between reducing legacy debt and delivering new value while preserving the data models and business rules that make the product a system of record. • Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success. Scope, sequencing, and trade-off decisions are yours to make and communicate. • Connect product work to business outcomes — retention, expansion, annual recurring revenue. Articulate why roadmap decisions matter to the business, not just to the user. • Engage directly with enterprise stakeholders — VP- and Director-level customers managing tens of billions in real estate spend — to validate priorities and maintain ongoing customer relationships.

• Own AI product areas within Tango's intelligence layer • Partner with AI Engineering • Design trust surfaces for enterprise customers • Run discovery with enterprise customers • Define enterprise-grade AI guardrails • Continuously evolve organizational and engineering practices

• Partner with leaders across Finance/RevOps, Go-To-Market, Services, HR/Legal, and Engineering to identify opportunities to embed AI into real operating workflows • Facilitate discovery: map current-state processes, quantify pain points, define “good” outcomes, and translate ambiguous needs into clear workflow requirements • Build and maintain an AI workflow roadmap sequenced by business impact, readiness, and change capacity • Drive build-versus-buy assessments for each opportunity • Lead change management and enablement: run working sessions, produce playbooks, host trainings/brown bags, and coach teams to raise AI literacy • Create reusable patterns and standards for AI in internal tools • Establish operational guardrails for AI-enabled workflows • Define evaluation and monitoring expectations for workflows; implement feedback loops so workflows improve over time.

• Sourcing Work with Hiring Managers to establish the key requirements for the position • Provide quality candidates that meet the specific requirements of each position • Sort through high volume of applicants in a timely manner • Maintain clean and accurate hiring data • Provide weekly recruiting summaries to Hiring Managers (how many resumes reviewed, interviews conducted, and candidates recommended for next step) • Ensure that each applicant receives an email response from Tango within 7 days of submitting their application • Provide candidates with timely and detailed feedback on their application • Provide candidates with a positive and personal introduction to who we are at Tango • Follow up with candidates regularly during the interview process • Maintain postings on LinkedIn, Indeed and our Career Site, adhering to the posting guidelines of Tango • Work with Hiring Managers to ensure that the job description has all of the necessary details to match the talent market • Ensure that candidates are met with professionalism and left with a positive outlook on Tango as a great place to work • Work closely with HR Business Partners to understand the challenges of each business department and ensure that Job Descriptions are accurate and comprehensive • Work with Finance to ensure that salary benchmarks are accurate for the talent market • Deliver an excellent hiring experience from offer to onboarding • Maintain an offer acceptance ratio of >80% • Meet with Hiring Managers & HR Executives to ensure that offers are fully approved prior to sending • Communicate offers to candidates in a manner that is transparent and gets them excited about the opportunity • Develop an onboarding plan for each new hire and maintain regular communication prior to their first day • Submit New Hire tickets to IT to ensure that equipment is setup and ready for their first day • Deliver & schedule all onboarding sessions with new hires during their first week at Tango
