• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps for software development, DevOps, and ML Ops initiatives. • Establish and manage automated workflows for build, test, and deployment processes. • Configure and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) to support new capability development. • Develop and manage microservices, containerization, and declarative APIs. • Implement data pipelines (Apache Kafka) and automated data validation routines. • Support HUD in maturing architectures, technology stacks, coding standards, version control strategies, software integration points, and milestone plans. • Embed security in DevOps workflows in coordination with the Senior Security Engineer. • Document all processes, configuration management, and privacy/security compliance activities. • Participate in AI/ML proofs of concept and scale pilots into enterprise-ready systems.

• Develop responsive web applications using React, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks. • Integrate AI-enabled features as specified by design and data science teams. • Collaborate with UX designers to implement design systems and accessibility standards (Section 508). • Participate in iterative development and continuous integration within CI/CD pipelines. • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain front-end applications for performance and scalability. • Document code, components, and implementation for HUD governance and AI inventory updates.

• Build and maintain full-stack, cloud-hosted applications (frontend, backend, APIs, integrations) • Lead end-to-end solution design, coding, code reviews, and integration for enterprise applications • Develop prototypes, proofs of concept (PoCs), and pilots; mature successful solutions to production scale • Produce and maintain technical documentation (designs, test plans, architecture diagrams, deployment/runbooks) in approved repositories • Ensure secure coding, automated testing, CI/CD, and alignment with 508 accessibility and CX validation • Collaborate closely with UX, data, DevOps, security, and program management teams; support briefings/demos and technical reviews • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to support automated software development and deployment workflows • Integrate security testing and compliance checks into DevSecOps pipelines (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning) • Support migration and modernization of legacy systems to cloud environments • Collaborate with enterprise architects to implement scalable platform services supporting AI and advanced analytics initiatives • Ensure cloud solutions meet federal cybersecurity standards including NIST 800-53, FISMA, and Zero Trust architecture principles • Implement secure identity and access management integrations aligned with EICAM and Zero Trust requirements • Support security monitoring, logging, and compliance reporting within cloud environments • Work within Agile development teams supporting iterative delivery of HUD modernization initiatives • Collaborate with product owners, data architects, cybersecurity teams, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions • Contribute technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and system design artifacts

• Design and optimize data pipelines and architectures for AI/ML workflows on cloud platforms. • Develop ETL/ELT processes, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility. • Configure and manage AI/ML-ready cloud infrastructure (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI). • Collaborate with Data Scientists to operationalize models and enable scalable AI solutions. • Implement data governance, versioning, and lineage tracking for compliance. • Monitor and maintain high-performance data systems and optimize for throughput.
