Senior Data Engineer

• Design and optimize data pipelines and architectures for AI/ML workflows on cloud platforms. • Develop ETL/ELT processes, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility. • Configure and manage AI/ML-ready cloud infrastructure (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI). • Collaborate with Data Scientists to operationalize models and enable scalable AI solutions. • Implement data governance, versioning, and lineage tracking for compliance. • Monitor and maintain high-performance data systems and optimize for throughput.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering for AI/ML workflows
  • Expertise in cloud-native data systems and large-scale data processing
  • Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines, reproducible workflows, and federal compliance
  • Previous experience supporting HUD OCIO preferred.
  • Ability to pass required Federal background screening and obtain and maintain both government clearance and customer approval.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Technical Skills: Cloud platforms: AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, S3, Redshift, Data Factory
  • ETL/ELT frameworks: Airflow, Spark, Databricks
  • Data modeling, schema design, and optimization for AI workloads
