• As Product Lead (m/f/d), you take responsibility for one of our core products — the JobShop — from discovery through to delivery. • You work closely with clients and our cross-functional team of Engineering, Design, and GTM, and act as a sparring partner for the other Product Managers. • You ensure the team delivers reliably: you set priorities, keep the most important initiatives moving, remove blockers, and make delivery predictable for everyone — instead of work getting stuck in day-to-day operations. • You own the JobShop end-to-end: discovery, prioritization, and the product roadmap. • You conduct discovery and difficult conversations directly with our (Enterprise) clients, translate their reality into product decisions, and then represent the product internally. • You are a sparring partner for other PMs: you provide orientation, sharpen decisions, and raise the product craft across the team. • You use AI as a lever in your own work — in discovery, specs, prototyping, and analysis — to increase speed and quality.

• You don’t just want to look after clients — you want to create real added value. • You are the person who understands where the customer stands and knows how our products can help them progress. • You advise based on real data and measurable results. • You prepare quarterly reviews, performance measurements and roadmap discussions and run them independently. • You work closely with Customer Success, Product and Marketing and bring customer feedback to the teams where it has impact. • You manage your accounts in our CRM — including forecast, pipeline and renewals.

• Du bearbeitest Kunden-Anfragen zu Content-Anpassungen in unseren Produkten: im Jobshop (dem Karriereportal unserer Kunden) und im Chat Agent (unserem KI-basierten Recruiting-Chat) – von der Anfrage bis zur fertigen Lösung. • Du arbeitest in Freshdesk (unserem Tool für Kunden-Tickets und Kommunikation), kommunizierst direkt mit Kunden und bist Bindeglied zwischen dem Customer Success Manager und der Kundenseite. • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für dein eigenes Ticket-Volumen – mit dem Ziel, Antwortzeiten kurz und Qualität hoch zu halten. • Du gestaltest aktiv mit: Prozesse weiterentwickeln, Workflows mit AI-Tools optimieren, gemeinsam überlegen, wie das Team schneller und besser wird.

• Du bist Teil unseres AI Boards und baust gemeinsam mit dem Team die AI Infrastruktur auf, die unsere AI-first Transformation ermöglicht: Governance & Standards: Du baust eigene Automatisierungen – und leitest daraus Standards ab, die für das gesamte Unternehmen gelten. • AI-Workflows Coaching: Mitarbeitende aus Marketing, HR, Sales und anderen Bereichen bauen ihre eigenen Automatisierungen. Du begleitest sie: Einsatzzweck definieren, strukturiert einführen, gemeinsam prüfen, ob es funktioniert. • AI Board Operations: Du hältst die Werkzeuge aktuell, die das AI Board am Laufen halten: Zugriffshandbuch, Agenten-Register, monatlicher Statusbericht für die Unternehmensleitung. • Hands-on Automation: Du baust aktiv eigene Automatisierungen und übernimmst Verantwortung für ausgewählte Agenten – damit deine Beratung auf echter Erfahrung basiert, nicht nur auf Theorie.

• Du übernimmst die operative und analytische Finance-Verantwortung in einem Setup, das Prozesse konsequent automatisiert. • Accounting & Closing – end-to-end: Du verantwortest den Monatsabschluss vollständig – Kontenabstimmungen, Abgrenzungen, Rückstellungen, GoBD-konforme Dokumentation. • Controlling & Reporting: Du baust und pflegst das Management-Reporting – P&L, KPI-Dashboards, Budgetvarianzanalysen. • Finance Automation: Du treibst die Automatisierung von Finance-Workflows aktiv voran – von der DATEV-Anbindung bis zu automatisierten Reporting-Pipelines. • Liquidität & kaufmännische Stabilität: Du behältst Zahlungsströme, Fälligkeiten und Liquidität im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass das Tagesgeschäft – Rechnungsläufe, Zahlläufe, Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten – zuverlässig und transparent läuft. • Mittelfristig: Head of Finance. Du übernimmst schrittweise mehr Ownership – über Prozesse, Tools und perspektivisch das Finance-Team.

• You ensure our platform is technically integrated cleanly and correctly for our customers • You work on integrations, data structures and API connections • You ensure systems operate stably together • You work closely with our tech team • You use modern AI tools to make technical implementation work faster, more efficient and more scalable • You configure and validate integrations between different systems • You analyze data flows and ensure they run reliably and cleanly • You document implementations and technical workflows • You work closely with Engineering and Customer teams to successfully deliver implementations

• You recreate client careers pages as exact visual copies in the new website builder • You accurately transfer texts, images and brand assets into the new system • You ensure that branding and visual quality are consistent across all migrated pages • You actively use AI tools (chatbots, image generation) for content tasks • You work in a self-organized way but as part of a team — with clear deliverables and short feedback loops
