• Du bearbeitest Kunden-Anfragen zu Content-Anpassungen in unseren Produkten: im Jobshop (dem Karriereportal unserer Kunden) und im Chat Agent (unserem KI-basierten Recruiting-Chat) – von der Anfrage bis zur fertigen Lösung. • Du arbeitest in Freshdesk (unserem Tool für Kunden-Tickets und Kommunikation), kommunizierst direkt mit Kunden und bist Bindeglied zwischen dem Customer Success Manager und der Kundenseite. • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für dein eigenes Ticket-Volumen – mit dem Ziel, Antwortzeiten kurz und Qualität hoch zu halten. • Du gestaltest aktiv mit: Prozesse weiterentwickeln, Workflows mit AI-Tools optimieren, gemeinsam überlegen, wie das Team schneller und besser wird.

Job Requirements

  • Technisches Grundverständnis und echtes Interesse an Technologien und digitalen Produkten.
  • Du bewegst dich sicher in webbasierten Produkten, hast keine Berührungsangst mit Konfigurationen und kannst dir ein neues Tool selbstständig erarbeiten
  • Sehr klare, strukturierte schriftliche Kommunikation auf Deutsch (Englisch ist ein Plus) – du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte einfach erklären
  • Erste Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt – Werkstudium, Praktikum oder Ähnliches reicht; entscheidend ist, dass du weißt, wie man mit Menschen kommuniziert
  • Ehrliches Interesse an HR-Tech und Recruiting – du findest es spannend, wie Unternehmen heute die richtigen Menschen finden
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise: Du behältst den Überblick, auch wenn mehrere Anfragen gleichzeitig reinkommen
  • Nice to have: Erfahrung mit Ticket- oder Supportsystemen wie Freshdesk oder Zendesk
  • Kenntnisse von SaaS-Produkten, Karriereportalen oder HR-Tools
