Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, workforce development, business administration, organizational development
- 6+ years of experience in related roles, including 2+ years of supervisory or project leadership experience
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in lead generation and project leadership
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within SaaS, educational content, publishing, or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success managing workforce development programs or initiatives, including designing, implementing, and evaluating training or development strategies.
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as educational institutions, employers, or community organizations.
- Track record of achieving measurable results in program growth, participant engagement, or revenue/partnership development.
- Experience managing budgets, reporting, and operational aspects of workforce or professional development programs.

Develop and execute revenue management strategies for the assigned hotel portfolio to maximize RevPAR, RevPAR index, and profitability for each hotel. Work with operations and sales teams to develop marketing and promotional strategies that assist in boosting hotel revenue performance. Ability to work through performance reporting and communicate STR performance to both the property and corporate teams. Manage all booking channels, including third-party OTA channels, to optimize channel mix between direct bookings, OTAs, and other third-party booking engines, ensuring that those channels have the most up-to-date content, promotions, and marketing material advertised. Oversee rate strategies and own discount strategies that align with market dynamics and performance. Work with property sales leaders on group pricing, reporting and assist with monthly outputs. Implement and effectively communicate current revenue strategies to on-site and above property teams. Provide guidance to property General Managers and leaders on rate and inventory strategies so they understand the direction of strategy. Run a weekly revenue call to review hotel performance with on property and corporate teams. This position is intentionally process, procedure, and staff coordination focused, with some hands-on technical engineering products required. It is well-suited for an experienced systems engineer who is looking to transition from direct technical execution coordination; engineering oversight; resource allocation; requirements identification, tracking, and resolution; and cross-functional coordination. The scope of the work includes coordination of everything from new technology integration to software developers, hardware and software integrators, and program strategy and execution. In this role, you will work closely with Program Office Leadership, Solution Architects, Program Execution teams, military, civilian, and contractor personal to ensure that systems engineering processes, documentation, and controls are consistently applied across programs and active projects. You will serve as a key integrator between technical teams, program management, and leadership, ensuring alignment between contract scope, technical assumptions, risk posture, and execution realities.
