• Recruit, onboard, and develop ERO partners and tax professionals looking to grow their tax businesses • Build and manage a network of tax offices while providing guidance, support, and leadership • Help partners implement strategies to increase clients, grow funded returns, and expand their businesses • Support business development efforts through recruiting, marketing, relationship building, and growth initiatives • Provide mentorship and guidance to ERO partners as they develop their teams and improve operations • Monitor business performance, production goals, and opportunities for growth within your network • Promote compliance standards, ethical tax preparation practices, due diligence, and taxpayer information protection • Encourage continuous training and professional development among partners and preparers • Represent Polished Talent Group by creating a professional, growth-focused experience for tax entrepreneurs • Lead with an ownership mindset while helping others build sustainable tax businesses

Role Description Estamos buscando um profissional experiente, com forte domínio técnico para atuar em soluções estratégicas usando .NET. Se você gosta de desafios e colaboração, essa vaga é para você! - Atuação em desenvolvimento de novos projetos, melhorias e iniciativas de inovação tecnológica. - Implementar novas soluções utilizando .NET. - Alinhar soluções com equipes técnicas e apoiar implementação. - Garantir boas práticas, qualidade de código e padrões arquiteturais. - Desenhar arquiteturas, revisar código e orientar desenvolvedores. - Participar de decisões técnicas estratégicas. - Atender clientes internos e externos com clareza e profissionalismo. - Desenvolver melhorias e evoluções sistêmicas de média e alta complexidade. - Identificar oportunidades de inovação para performance e redução de custos. Qualifications - Sólida experiência com ASP Clássico e .NET Framework/Core (C#, MVC, Entity). - Domínio em PL/SQL (procedures, functions, triggers, packages) – Oracle. - Experiência com iReport (JasperReports) e sistemas de alta complexidade. - Conhecimento em Kubernetes, Docker, RabbitMQ e Azure DevOps (CI/CD). - Vivência com serviços SOAP e REST, Git/TortoiseGit e ITSM. Requirements - Horário: 8h às 18h (segunda a sexta) — 1h12 de intervalo. - Equipamento: Necessário utilizar máquina própria. - Profissionais fora de SP: 100% home office. - Profissionais residentes em SP: Presencial 1x por semana. - Contratação: PJ — 44h semanais (sem benefícios). - Tipo: Contrato indeterminado. - Formação: Superior completo ou cursando em áreas de Tecnologia.
