• Identify and define strategic training objectives throughout the portfolio and design, plan, and implement programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs. • Conduct in-person, hands-on training and evaluate employee performance directly in the field. • Conduct site visit across the portfolio to operational data centers and construction sites. • Adhere to site security and safety protocols. • Collaborate with managers to align training with company goals and improve operational efficiency. • Ensures that training is executed, documented, and effective at site level. • Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the T5 and/or the data center industry. • Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve. • Collaborates & coordinate with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training options or requirements. • Guide and manage local and remote data center operational teams with a goal of 100% compliance to T5’s pre-defined training requirements. • Ensure consistent quality and adherence to client and T5-driven operational standards across multiple sites. • Conduct recurring collaboration meeting with management and site training representatives throughout the portfolio on a regular and recurring basis to drive cohesion and knowledge growth. • Responsible for reporting on a regular and recurring basis regarding all aspects of T5 training requirements. • Train end-users on utilizing LMS system and other training tools as applicable. • Review training program feedback on a regular and recurring basis. • Prepares and implements non-site-specific training budget. • Ensure recurring training program assessments are included with the technical operations site assessments and track action items to drive toward compliance with OSHA and T5 training requirements. • Pursue training consultation opportunities and revenue generation training creation projects at leadership discretion • Manage a team of training facilitators, specialist, and designers to develop training materials and resources.

• Deliver technical training sessions through various formats • Conduct site visits and assessments to identify training needs • Develop evaluation mechanisms to assess training effectiveness • Create engaging training materials that align with organizational goals • Utilize LMS to track training initiatives • Collaborate with subject matter experts
• Translate awarded scopes and vendor selections into executable contracts, including scope definition, commercial terms, and contract structure • Lead contract negotiations to align pricing structures, risk allocation, and commercial frameworks with project requirements • Evaluate vendor proposals from a commercial perspective, identifying gaps in scope, pricing inconsistencies, and potential risk exposure • Structure agreements with clear inclusions, exclusions, cost drivers, and financial terms to support accurate project execution • Partner with Construction and Preconstruction teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and contractually aligned • Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and internal stakeholders to resolve commercial and contractual considerations • Prepare and route agreements through internal approval workflows to support timely execution • Provide real-time commercial guidance to site teams during vendor engagement and proposal review • Coach site leads on scope clarity, vendor comparison, and commercial best practices to improve decision quality • Promote consistent use of templates, playbooks, and standardized contracting approaches to improve efficiency and scalability • Identify opportunities to improve commercial outcomes, including cost structure optimization and contracting efficiency • Support end-to-end contract execution activities, ensuring alignment with internal systems and documentation standards

• Guide and manage local and remote data center operational teams with a goal of 100% critical infrastructure and IT uptime and no lost time injuries • Ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to client and T5-driven operational standards across multiple sites • Develop and implement operational best practice standards; identify areas for procedure, process, and policy improvement and work with the Critical Facility Managers (CFM) and client to implement • Ensure compliance at the leadership level with standard operating and safety procedures by internal teams, vendors, customers, and other parties • Responsible for day-to-day and extensive reporting requirements to customers operations management and senior leadership on all business related to the operation of multiple data centers in multiple locations. This includes KPI and SLA management and reporting on a regular recurring basis • Support vendor selection process, and oversee vendor contracts, including vendor relationship management, including scope, and SLAs, participate in contract negotiation as needed • Participate in the annual opex & capex budgeting process as requested by T5FM management • Work with the CFMs to oversee all aspects of employee management including, but not limited to: hiring, scheduling, training and development, and performance management • All other duties consistent with your role as you may be assigned by T5FM management

• Develop, implement, and refine Electrical equipment and services category and sourcing strategies in support of the enterprise. • Engage and partner with Development, Construction, and Facilities Management stakeholders to develop and optimize sourcing strategies. • Work with Development, Construction, and Operations teams to create a demand plan for Electrical and/or Mechanical equipment and services. • Stay informed on market trends, utilizing intelligence for supply risk mitigation strategies. • Establish sourcing and supplier management strategies using appropriate tools. • Develop and maintain an approved supplier list for strategic categories. • Manage RFQ and RFI processes for relevant goods or services. • Lead procurement activities from initial sourcing to purchase order execution. • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure quality, regulatory, and performance standards. • Develop key performance indicators and vendor scorecards to monitor supplier performance.
