• Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to expand market reach and achieve sales goals. • Identify and recruit new distribution partners, focusing on non-exclusive relationships to maximize coverage. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners through regular communication, joint business planning, and performance reviews. • Provide sales support to distributors, ensuring accurate product positioning and technical understanding. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide channel partners with up-to-date product information, training materials, and promotional content. • Attend trade shows, regional conferences, and customer events to represent the company and strengthen partner relationships. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform channel strategies and future product needs. • Manage partner performance metrics, including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and sales growth.
• Drive product specifications with government agencies to achieve profitable sales growth. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions through a consultative sales process. • Support ITS installation and maintenance contractor with excellent training, customer service and first level technical support. • Navigate a complex sales cycle with multiple stakeholders and build relationships with decision makers throughout. • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeline. • Actively participate in webinars, trade shows, conferences, and seek opportunities to present to industry groups. • Keep abreast of product changes, market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth. • Educating consulting engineers through lunch-and-learns and other mechanisms on wrong way vehicle detection technologies, the safety benefits of such systems and potential integration with Advanced Traffic Management Systems. • Assist the quoting and technical writing teams to provide key information needed to develop project take-offs (line items required), bid quotations, site drawings, and technical engineering submittals. • Ensure accurate expense reporting and adherence to the corporate budget. • Regularly update colleagues on progress and provide sales forecasts for the territory. • Utilize CRM for accurate reporting and analysis. • Other duties and projects as assigned in the role of Business Development Manager.
• Establishing and executing the full marketing vision for the Vance Street Medical Molding platform • Architect and lead both upstream marketing strategy and downstream marketing efforts • Build and lead a structured, recurring market assessment process • Develop insights-driven recommendations for new markets, partnerships, and strategic opportunities • Lead digital marketing including website strategy, SEO/SEM, content creation, social media, and campaigns • Manage trade shows, industry events, conferences, and customer-facing presentations • Build and manage a marketing operations capability including analytics, dashboards, CRM integration, and performance measurement • Create a culture of collaboration, accountability, curiosity, and executional excellence • Develop and mentor team members
• Consults with existing and potential clients to assess and understand equipment needs and systems requirements. • Provides expertise and support to sales teams to communicate products, services, and client needs. • Ensures that customer needs are met, which may include product modifications. • Proposes improved materials or products to customers and explains benefits of changes. • Provides support to customers and resolves problems with installed equipment. • Assists with research and development of new products. • Providing customers with step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems. • Documenting error reports and monitoring performance metrics. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Provide technical training to distributors, agencies, and contractors. • Help develop training materials, such as PowerPoints, Instructions, Guides, and Video instructions content.
