Qualifications - Five or more years of successful B2B technology, software, or professional services sales experience. - Experience selling into the Public Sector, including Federal, State, or Local Government organizations, or Federal contractors preferred. - Experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, engineering technology, GIS, infrastructure, digital transformation, manufacturing technology, or consulting services preferred. - Demonstrated ability to develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and partner relationships. - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, organizational, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and Microsoft Office. - Ability to travel as required. Responsibilities  - Proactively identify and research potential clients to generate new business opportunities. - Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to build a robust pipeline of prospects. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and project managers. - Present Symetri's solutions, highlighting how our software and services address client challenges. - Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. - Regularly update CRM (Salesforce) with account activities, contacts, and forecasts. - Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.  Skills & Experience  - 5-10 years of experience in business development or sales of construction technology, preferably within the AEC industry. - Proven track record of successfully hunting and closing new business. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision makers. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus. - Willingness to travel up to 25%.
