Title: Temporary Coordinator, Partnerships & Activations Location: Park City United States Job Description: POSITION OVERVIEW The Temporary Coordinator, Partnerships & Activations provides administrative, operational, and project coordination support to the Partnerships team during a period of organizational transition and growth. Reporting to the Associate Director, Partnership Marketing, this temporary position supports partnership activations, local partnership initiatives, budget administration, project coordination, and Festival planning efforts that contribute to successful partner experiences across Sundance Institutes Festival and year-round programs. This position is intended to provide additional team capacity while Sundance Institute recruits and hires permanent leadership positions within the Partnerships & Activations function. The temporary position works full time (40 hours per week) and is expected to begin as soon as possible and continue through Friday, August 28, 2026 and must be based within a commutable distance to Boulder, CO. While there are opportunities for work to be performed remotely, this position will need to work onsite at key points throughout the duration of employment. Extended hours, including evenings and weekends will be required at key points to meet deadlines and respond to on-call needs as assigned. Working under the Archivist and closely with the Associate Director, Archives & Collection, the Coordinator will also provide key organizational support to the department.
