Content Creation - Create and contribute to multiple original content pieces per day (short-form video, reactive posts, memes, simple graphics, copywriting), optimized for each platform’s algorithm and audience behavior. - Be comfortable being part of the content when needed (POV, voiceover, on-camera moments). - Actively identify trends, memes, conversations, and cultural moments in gaming and internet culture. - Quickly create or adapt content to capitalize on those moments in ways that feel authentic to KontrolFreek. - Monitor gaming and internet culture daily to ensure KontrolFreek is always relevant and part of the conversation, especially around key titles and genres (FPS, sports, open-world, cozy, etc.). - Identify opportunities to insert KontrolFreek into trending discussions in ways that feel clever and organic, not forced. Cross-functional Collaboration and Amplification - Partner with regional teams to develop and amplify region-specific social accounts and campaigns, ensuring global consistency with local relevance. - Work closely with Influencer, Product and Sales teams to amplify product launches, creator campaigns, and big beats across social and community channels. - Repurpose top creator/affiliate content for KontrolFreek channels where usage rights allow. Key Responsibilities - Walmart Marketplace Management - Work with Director of Sales on management of Walmart Marketplace including item setup, catalog maintenance, listing optimization (content, images, attributes), and compliance with Walmart policies and brand standards. - Analyze weekly business performance, tracking WoW trends, SKU-level drivers, and key KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales, margin, returns, OOS, chargebacks) to identify risks and growth opportunities. - Create purchase orders, manage inventory and fulfillment operations, including in-stock rates, WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) performance, replenishment planning, and issue resolution. - Oversee pricing strategy and Buy Box ownership, ensuring competitiveness, monitoring incentives, and identifying assortment gaps in partnership with Sales and Marketing. - Plan, execute, and optimize promotions and Walmart-specific campaigns, including performance tracking, promo setup accuracy, and identification of new opportunities. - Maintain catalog and listing health by resolving suppressed/unpublished SKUs, improving content quality, monitoring Pro Seller status, and ensuring operational accuracy across orders, payments, and reporting. - Generate actionable insights from analytics (Search Insights, growth reports, ratings & reviews) and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and external programs (e.g., creators) to drive continuous improvement. - Amazon FBA Support - End to end ownership of setup, optimization, forecasting and maintenance of Amazon FBA listings, ensuring alignment with Walmart assortment where appropriate. - Assist with FBA inventory planning and replenishment, working with Supply Chain to avoid stock-outs and overstock. - Monitor Amazon performance dashboards (e.g., account health, listing status, suppressions, policy violations) and help resolve issues promptly. - Track and provide monthly data and present on Monthly Business Review call including but not limited to sales performance, traffic, margin impacts etc. - Coordinate changes to content, pricing, and promotions across Amazon and Walmart to ensure consistency while honoring channel strategies. - TikTok Shop & Emerging Marketplaces - Support setup and optimization of gaming accessory listings on TikTok Shop, including product content, pricing, and basic promotional activities. - Collaborate with Marketing on creator/influencer-driven and short-form video commerce opportunities within TikTok Shop. - Assist with operational workflows for TikTok Shop and other emerging marketplaces (order flow, inventory sync, returns) in partnership with internal teams and partners. - Contribute to testing and onboarding of additional marketplace platforms as the business expands. - Operations, Compliance & Reporting - Maintain accurate product data, including UPCs, dimensions, costs, and logistics details across systems and feeds. - Partner with Finance and Sales to validate fees, chargebacks, and marketplace deductions and support dispute resolution where applicable. - Identify and resolve listing errors, content mismatches, and system issues in collaboration with internal teams and marketplace support. - Build and maintain regular reporting on marketplace performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. - Stay current on marketplace policies, tools, and best practices; proactively share updates with key stakeholders. Qualifications - 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing marketplace accounts, ideally including: - Direct experience with Walmart Seller Center / Walmart Marketplace. - Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon FBA. - Proven experience managing product catalogs, listings, and marketplace operations (ideally 50–500 SKUs). - Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas) and comfort working with large data sets. - Solid understanding of marketplace performance metrics (traffic, conversion, Buy Box, ASP, fees, etc.). - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations. Within 3 Months You Will - Independently manage Walmart catalog and item setup, ensuring accurate, compliant listings with proper variations and rich content. - Monitor and act on core performance levers on Walmart (pricing, Buy Box, assortment gaps, conversion) and recommend actions to Sales and Marketing. - Support Amazon FBA inventory planning and listing health (suppressions, policy flags), and present a simple monthly Amazon performance summary for MBR. - Set up and maintain accurate TikTok Shop listings, supporting basic promos and creator/influencer programs with correct SKUs and offers. - Maintain accurate product data (UPCs, dimensions, costs, logistics) and support Finance/Sales on validating key fees, chargebacks, and deductions. - Own a regular reporting rhythm (weekly snapshots, monthly summary) highlighting marketplace performance, risks, and recommended actions. Within 9 Months You Will - Systematically optimize priority SKUs across Walmart, Amazon, and TikTok using data (CTR, CVR, returns, reviews) and run structured tests on content and promotions. - Provide data-driven assortment recommendations by marketplace (hero focus, underperformer fixes/phase-outs, new bundles/platform-specific offers). - Coordinate cross-channel changes to content, pricing, and promos to keep Walmart and Amazon aligned while respecting channel strategies. - Lead day-to-day resolution of operational, listing, and compliance issues; reduce recurring chargebacks/fees by addressing root causes. - Improve and document SOPs/checklists for marketplace operations, delivering at least 2–3 meaningful process/reporting/automation improvements. - Act as a go-to internal contact for Walmart Marketplace, Amazon FBA operations, and TikTok Shop basics, communicating clearly and collaboratively with all stakeholders.
