• Gerenciar uma carteira de clientes, atuando como principal ponto de contato e garantindo uma experiência positiva ao longo da jornada. • Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento, apresentar resultados e elaborar planos de ação para promover o sucesso dos clientes. • Monitorar indicadores de saúde da carteira, identificar riscos de churn e executar estratégias de retenção e engajamento. • Identificar oportunidades de expansão de receita por meio de upsell, cross-sell e ampliação do uso da solução. • Planejar e realizar visitas presenciais estratégicas, fortalecendo o relacionamento, entendendo necessidades e apoiando a geração de valor para o cliente.

Job Requirements

  • Gestão de carteira de clientes: Experiência no acompanhamento de clientes B2B, conduzindo reuniões periódicas, planos de ação e relacionamento com stakeholders.
  • Foco em retenção e expansão: Capacidade de identificar riscos de churn, oportunidades de upsell/cross-sell e atuar para aumentar a adoção e geração de valor da solução.
  • Análise de indicadores e saúde da carteira: Conhecimento em métricas de Customer Success, como engajamento, utilização da plataforma, NPS, retenção e renovação.
  • Condução de projetos e onboarding: Experiência em implementação de soluções, gestão de cronogramas, alinhamento de expectativas e acompanhamento da evolução dos clientes.
  • Planejamento e execução de visitas presenciais: Capacidade de planejar, organizar e conduzir visitas estratégicas aos clientes, fortalecendo relacionamentos, identificando oportunidades de melhoria, mitigando riscos e promovendo a expansão da parceria.
  • Comunicação e gestão de stakeholders: Habilidade para se comunicar com diferentes níveis hierárquicos, conduzir apresentações executivas e atuar como ponte entre cliente e áreas internas.
  • Conhecimento ou interesse em tecnologias de Inteligência Artificial: ferramentas, aplicações e conceitos.
