• Realizar reuniões com **construtoras de todo o Brasil,** apresentando a solução de forma consultiva. • Gerenciar pipeline, acompanhar métricas e garantir previsibilidade de resultados; • Conduzir negociações e fechamentos com foco em metas mensais; • Prospectar novos leads e oportunidades de forma multicanal (social selling, cold calls, e-mails, IA, etc.); • Acompanhar o pós-venda inicial, garantindo uma experiência positiva nos primeiros meses; • Mentalidade digital, curiosidade por novas tecnologias e interesse em entender como a Inteligência Artificial pode transformar processos, experiências e resultados.

Job Requirements

  • Experiência consolidada em **Closer/Executivo de Vendas no mercado SaaS**, conduzindo o ciclo completo de vendas;
  • Experiência prática com CRM (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.);
  • Disponibilidade para viagens ocasionais;
  • Conhecimento ou interesse em tecnologias de Inteligência Artificial: ferramentas, aplicações e conceitos.
  • Diferenciais:**
  • Experiência no setor de **construção civil**, engenharia ou vendas para players do segmento;
  • Domínio de técnicas comerciais como **SPICED**, **Challenger Sales e JOLT.**
