• This position is the ideal role for aspiring and existing event professionals, with experience in event technology, who are committed to taking service excellence to the next level. • You will be passionately delivering incredible event attendee experiences through app-based event solutions. • You will appreciate operating at a fast pace on various projects, with a strong customer-centric mindset and strong attention to detail. • As an Associate Event Project Manager, you will be successfully delivering high volumes of events, reporting to the Manager, Event Services as part of our network of associates. • Responsibilities may include badge printing, iPad sign-in, lead scanning, managing onsite AV and equipment, driving audience engagement, and thoroughly reviewing apps to guarantee flawless delivery. • Following the event, you’ll handle post-event communications, analyze event data, and deliver insightful reports and recommendations to the customer, highlighting successes and identifying areas for future improvement.

- End-to-end event ownership: You’ve led corporate internal and external B2B events from start to finish - webinars, conferences, trade shows, product launches, and more. You understand the structure, pace, and precision these events demand, especially in fast-moving industries like life sciences.
- Cross-functional coordination with operational clarity: You work smoothly across agencies, AV partners, venues, and internal teams. You align expectations early, keep timelines tight, and ensure everyone stays on the same page from planning through execution.
- Technical dexterity in event platforms: You can independently build and configure event platforms like Backstage. You’re comfortable navigating registration, content, and streaming workflows - and can collaborate clearly with technical teams when needed.
- Flawless execution under pressure: When events shift or things go off-plan, you move fast and stay composed. You solve problems in real-time, maintain quality, and never let the experience break down - onsite or virtual.
- Ruthless time and risk management: you manage multiple events without missing a beat. You anticipate blockers, plan ahead, and always deliver on time - regardless of format or scale.
