Role Description You own backlinks. For Snezzi, and for every client we serve. That means everything from high-effort relationship-led link building to the systematic foundation work. Both matter. The first builds authority. The second builds breadth. Together they move the needle. - Build backlinks for Snezzi and across all client accounts: 10-15 quality links per client per month on premium engagements. - Run outreach end to end: research, pitch, follow up, close. Own the inbox. - Build and maintain relationships with editors, founders, and writers. Turn one-off links into ongoing partnerships. - Land guest posts, expert quotes, podcast features, and digital PR placements. - Handle directory submissions, profile link building, image submissions, PDF distribution, and citation building at scale. - Identify partnership opportunities: co-marketing, mutual mentions, resource page inclusions, brand collaborations. - Track every link: domain rating, traffic, anchor text, context. Report on what's working. - Spot toxic or low-quality links pointing at clients. Flag them. Get them disavowed. - Stay current on what AI engines reward and penalize as ranking and citation signals shift. Qualifications - 2-4 years of hands-on link building. You've shipped links, not just planned campaigns. - You know the full toolkit: outreach, guest posts, digital PR, HARO-style platforms, partnerships, directories, citations, profiles, PDFs. - You stick to whitehat. You know exactly what gets a site penalized and you avoid it. - You're comfortable owning communication. You can write a cold pitch that gets opened and a follow-up that gets a reply. - You're organized. Outreach at scale falls apart without it. - You're familiar with Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar. You can read a backlink profile and spot the gaps. - You write clearly. Short, specific, no filler. Editors reply to good pitches and ignore bad ones. - Bonus: prior agency experience, D2C or SaaS clients, or your own relationships with publications and creators. Requirements - You rely on PBNs, link farms, paid link networks, or anything that puts a client at risk. - You think "scale" means blasting templated outreach to 500 contacts with no personalization. - You want to plan campaigns but not run them. - You're uncomfortable on email, calls, or DMs with strangers. Benefits - Direct work with three second-time founders. No layers. - Real client accounts from day one. Outcomes you can point to. - A category that's growing fast. Link building for AI visibility is still being figured out. You'll help define how it's done. - Remote, India-based. We care about what ships, not where you sit.
Role Description Insights are cheap. Execution is the whole game. Every client we sign comes with a stack of work waiting to be done: - Content gaps to close - Schema to fix - Pages to publish - Backlinks to chase - Programmatic templates to roll out Our platform tells us exactly what to do for each brand. Someone still has to do it. That's you. But doing it once is not enough. We serve multiple brands with a small team. So the second half of the role is leverage: - Every time you ship something manually, you should be asking what would let the next person ship it in half the time. - That answer usually looks like an n8n workflow, an AI agent, or a small script that turns a 3-hour task into a 10-minute one. If you like shipping, and you like building the thing that lets you ship more, this role fits. What you'll actually do: - Ship technical SEO fixes on Shopify and WordPress: metadata, schema, FAQs, internal linking, site structure - Turn prompt insights into content: briefs, publishing, internal linking, distribution - Run backlink outreach against the opportunities the platform surfaces - Build programmatic pages that earn citations: comparisons, best-of, use case, prompt-based - Build n8n agents and workflows that scale every part of delivery: content pipelines, outreach, publishing, reporting - Own outcomes on live client accounts. Be on calls when it matters - Catch manual work before it becomes a habit. Automate it Qualifications - You ship. Credentials are nice. Output matters more - You can code enough to glue things together. Python or JS. APIs don't scare you - n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar are familiar. Or you'll learn one over a weekend - You write like a human. Short. Direct. No "leveraging synergies" - You communicate well. Written and verbal. You'll be on client calls, in Slack threads, and writing briefs people have to act on - You have opinions on how AI search works and how it's changing Requirements - Bonus: prior SEO, content, growth, or AI agent work Benefits - Direct work with three second-time founders. No layers - Live client accounts from week one. Outcomes you can point to - Range: content, technical SEO, AI engineering, automation. Six months of compounding skill - PPO on the table for the right person - Remote, India-based. We care about what ships, not where you sit

What we do Snezzi helps brands show up in AI answers on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, and others. We handle everything end to end: audits, content, technical fixes, backlinks, and measurement. Fully done for you. We're a small team of second-time founders. We ship weekly. We run AI agents for most of our internal work. And we're growing fast enough that we need sharp people who want to learn this space by doing real work, not by watching from the sidelines. What this internship actually is You'll work on live client accounts from week one. That means real audits, real fixes, real reporting. Not shadowing. Not slide decks. Not busywork. By the end of the engagement, you'll have shipped actual work, built skills that are genuinely hard to find right now, and have a portfolio that proves it. Strong performers convert to full-time. We'll tell you early if we see that path for you. What you'll do - Run AI visibility audits across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode - Help identify gaps and assist with fixes: content updates, schema, technical cleanup - Use Claude Code and other AI tools to build and run scripts (no prior coding required — you learn by doing) - Help prepare client reports, weekly updates, and pre-reads - Document and templatize every process you touch so the next person can use it Tools you'll use Claude Code, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Shopify, WordPress. You'll learn them on the job. What matters is how fast you pick things up. Who we're looking for You don't need a specific degree or years of experience. You need the right instincts. Must-haves: - You use AI tools a lot, out of curiosity, not just to finish assignments - You write clearly. Most of this job is communication: with clients, with AI agents, with your team. - A terminal or a code file doesn't scare you. You don't need to write code, but if Claude generates a script, you can run it, read the output, and ask Claude to fix what broke. - You try before you ask. "I don't know" is a starting point, not an excuse. - You want to ship things, not just observe them. Moves you to the top of the pile: - You've built or shipped anything on the internet: a blog, a store, a tool, a side project, a newsletter - You've poked around GA4 or Search Console before - You've written content for a brand or website - You've done any kind of SEO, growth, or content work Not a fit if: - You think prompting an AI handles everything. Taste and judgment still matter. - You want clean handoffs and tightly scoped tasks - Client-facing work makes you uncomfortable
What we do Snezzi helps brands show up in AI answers on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, and others. We're a small team of second-time founders building in one of the fastest moving spaces in marketing right now. We create content that educates, builds trust, and drives inbound. Video is a big part of that. And we need someone who takes it seriously. What you'll work on Long form: - Product demos and walkthroughs - Founder podcasts and interview edits - Case study videos and thought leadership content Short form: - Reels and Shorts cut from long form content - Trend-driven, original short form videos - Meme formats, reaction cuts, viral hooks - B-roll heavy storytelling - Share-worthy content built for LinkedIn and Instagram You'll own the edit from raw footage to final cut. No hand-holding on the creative direction. We want someone with a point of view. Who we're looking for Must-haves: - A portfolio that shows you can do both: clean long form edits and punchy short form content - Strong instincts for pacing, cuts, and what makes something worth watching till the end - You follow what's trending and know how to adapt formats without copying them blindly - You can work with raw, unpolished footage and make it look intentional - You deliver on time without needing multiple follow-ups - Tool agnostic. Use whatever you edit best with. Moves you to the top of the pile: - You've edited content for a brand, creator, or startup before - Your short form work has actually performed: views, shares, saves - You have an eye for captions, hooks, and text overlays, not just cuts - You bring your own creative ideas to the table, not just execution Not a fit if: - Your portfolio only has wedding videos or event reels - You need a detailed brief for every piece of content - You treat trends as templates to copy rather than signals to interpret
What we do Snezzi helps brands show up in AI answers - on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, and others. We handle everything: audits, content, technical fixes, backlinks, and measurement. Fully done for you. We're a small team of second-time founders. We ship daily. We use AI agents for most of our internal work. And we're growing fast enough that we need someone to help us deliver. The role You'll work directly with clients to improve how they show up in AI answers. You'll run audits, fix what's broken, publish content, and report what moved. This is not a ticket-taking job. You own accounts. You spot problems. You ship fixes. The week you join, you're already working on a real client. Most of your leverage comes from knowing how to use AI tools well — not from writing code from scratch. If you can take a Claude-generated script, run it, read the output, and ask Claude to fix what broke, you'll thrive here. What you'll actually do day to day: - Audit brand visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode - Identify gaps, map them to fixes, and ship them — content, schema, technical cleanup - Run client updates, prep pre-reads, and translate client questions into action - Turn every repeated task into a script or workflow so you never do it manually twice - Use tools like DataForSEO, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and GA4 to build reports that actually mean something Tools you'll use: Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, Perplexity, v0, Google AI Mode, Python/Node scripts (run and edit, not write from scratch), Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs. You don't need to know all of these on day one. You need to pick things up fast. Who we're looking for Must-haves: - You use AI tools obsessively. You have strong opinions about ChatGPT vs Claude vs Perplexity. - You write clearly and edit ruthlessly. Communication is half this job. - You're not afraid of a terminal. If Claude Code generates a script, you can run it, read the output, and debug it with Claude's help. - You ship. Imperfect and out this week beats perfect and out next month. - You read docs. "I don't know" is a starting point, not a dead end. Moves you to the top of the pile (any one): - You've built something real with Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Lovable, or similar — even a toy project - You've shipped something on the internet: a blog, a store, a tool, a newsletter - You've done SEO, content, or growth work before - You've poked around GA4 or Search Console Not a fit if: - You think prompting an AI is a strategy on its own, without judgment or taste - You want clean scope, handoffs, and ticket queues - You avoid talking to clients
