• Define and evolve data architectures, ensuring scalability, governance and efficiency of solutions; • Establish standards, best practices and technical guidelines for the data ecosystem; • Provide technical support to engineering teams during implementation of proposed solutions; • Translate business needs into structured, sustainable data solutions; • Participate in technical discussions with clients and stakeholders with clarity and depth; • Evaluate and propose solutions in cloud environments, considering performance, cost and security; • Work on integrating data from different systems, including SAP and operational systems.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in data architecture, with involvement in solution design (not only implementation);
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP), including architecture design;
- Knowledge of data modeling and definition of integration standards;
- Experience with modern data ecosystems (data lakes, data warehouses, pipelines, etc.);
- Clear and structured communication skills, with a focus on explaining technical decisions;
- Consultative profile, with autonomy and a critical view of solutions.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) or master data management;
- Knowledge of operational/industrial data and systems (OT);
- Experience with SAP environments and integration with data platforms;
- Prior experience in digital transformation or architecture modernization projects;
- Familiarity with tools such as Databricks (when considered in an architectural context);
- Experience with data governance and data quality.

Role Description We’re looking for a Head of Clinical Data Management to help us expand what’s possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the VP, Biometrics, the Head of Clinical Data Management will serve as a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of Clinical Data Management across the development portfolio, from early development through regulatory submissions and post-marketing activities. This role is accountable for the strategy, quality, consistency, and delivery of all data management activities, while advancing modern data capabilities, operational excellence, technology innovation, and scalable processes to support efficient and high-quality drug development. The ideal candidate combines deep operational expertise in clinical data management with a forward-looking mindset in technology, automation, data integration, and innovation. This role partners closely with Biometrics, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality, inspection-ready clinical data across the portfolio.
