• Manage the hiring process, which includes writing job descriptions, posting openings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding new hires through onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities • Act as a point of contact for staff and managers, address staff concerns, conduct basic investigations, and help resolve conflicts • Maintains awareness of benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and understands payroll and compensation practices • Supports performance evaluation processes, provides coaching to managers in regards to goal-setting, and assists with performance improvement plans • Ensures organizational compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and helps enforce HR policies • Proficiently navigates HR systems; pulls reports; analyzes HR data to help make informed decisions

• Design, develop and deploy server-side systems, including database creation, APIs, and hosted solutions; • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases; • Maintain, expand and scale websites and cloud-based platforms; • Collaborate with front-end developers and web designers to match visual design intent; • Provide developer-level support to the user community and development team; • Write technical reference documentation for new software features and services; • Available to travel to meet with the wider development team at least once per year;
• Provide direct administrative support to the Associate Executive Director for Central Services, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements • Serve as a key point of contact between the Associate Executive Director for Central Services and her direct reports, staff and external partners • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations • Anticipate leadership needs and proactively manage priorities • Coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials, and minutes • Support and monitor Central Services departments in carrying out organizational leadership processes (i.e. reporting, processing strategic plans with their depts) • Manage office operations, systems, and administrative processes • Maintain confidential files and organizational records • Support HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding, scheduling, and documentation • Assist with donor communications, acknowledgments, and database updates • Support fundraising events and program-related logistics • Collaborate with development and program staff on administrative needs
• Serve as a volunteer strategic advisor to SIL Language Technology leadership. • Participate in LT leadership and management meetings as a strategic thought partner. • Conduct research on assigned topics including organizational best practices and operational models. • Provide written or verbal recommendations and analysis based on research and professional experience. • Offer guidance on management, staffing, planning, and operational challenges as they arise.
• Provide Christ-centered leadership and management for SIL’s Language Technology department • Strengthening existing funding and revenue streams • Reorganizing LangTech operations, budgeting, and other operations • Expanding the LangTech workforce through open collaboration and recruiting • Representing SIL in the Language Development and Bible translation technology communities. • Clarifying and strengthening Services relationships with SIL Areas and other organizations.
• The Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining software applications that support Bible translation and publishing workflows. • Design, develop and deploy software applications, new features and defect fixes. • Design and develop unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure software quality. • Collaborate with the team leader and wider team to deliver high-quality software against a cohesive product roadmap. • Support & Documentation • Analyse software requirements by consulting with the user community. • Provide developer-level support to the user community. • Write technical reference documentation for new software features. • Collaboration & Travel • Participate in regular project status, planning, partnership and strategic meetings. • Available to travel to meet with the wider development team at least once per year. • Participate in relevant professional conferences and meetings.

• Complete course for data programming language as well as continue education in various data specialities. • Onboarding and communicating with clients to understand data content and business requirements. • Researching and properly evaluating sources of information to determine possible limitations in reliability or usability. • Preparing detailed reports for management and other departments by analyzing and interpreting data. • Training other members of the team how to properly organize findings and read collected data. • Designing computer code using various languages to develop and improve data ETL / integration processes. • Handle Data Warehouse monthly operation tasks. • Referring to previous instances and findings to determine the ideal method for gathering data. • Organizing and transforming information into comprehensible structures. • Monitoring data quality and handling corrupt data.
• Serve as a Relationship Manager for ProgressBible partners, ensuring tailored and consistent engagement. • Lead partner onboarding by coordinating initial meetings, agreements, and tool access. • Collaborate with the Data Onboarding Specialist to ensure data integration. • Track partner status and needs using CRM tools and internal progress trackers. • Conduct regular check-ins to assess partner goals, data usage, and support needs. • Provide training on ProgressBible tools and advocate for best practices in data use. • Collaborate with the PB Business Analyst to manage dashboard user accounts and monitor adoption. • Contribute to strategic planning by identifying common partner needs and opportunities for improvement. • Manage the ProgressBible inbox. • Participate in the ProgressBible Relationship Management team and coordinate with PB leadership and technical teams.
