• Lead the Education, Practice, and Standards team, along with Regional Training and Onboarding & Experience teams, collectively responsible for training and onboarding approximately 75% of all new hires—from day one through their first five weeks of employment. • Developing strong relationships with operations leaders across the business to understand and anticipate needs to evolve the training programs regularly to meet the needs of a growing business. • Champion innovative learning models, including remote and hybrid training solutions, to support distributed teams. • Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on workforce capability, reskilling, and digital learning transformation. • Design and scale remote training programs to support frontline, remote, and hybrid employees across multiple locations. • Lead the adoption of virtual instructor-led training (VILT), e-learning modules, microlearning, and mobile-first training experiences. • Ensure all remote learning is engaging, interactive, and aligned with adult learning principles. • Optimize asynchronous learning opportunities to support geographically dispersed teams. • Oversee Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), ensuring seamless access for remote learners. • Drive the use of advanced learning technologies, including AI-driven personalization, virtual reality (VR), and analytics tools. • Implement data-driven insights to measure engagement, skill acquisition, and training effectiveness across virtual environments. • Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure training effectiveness, including remote learner engagement, completion rates, and competency outcomes. • Continuously improve training strategies based on data, feedback, and patient care outcomes. • Manage budgets, vendors, and external training partnerships.

• Drive key workstreams within large-scale implementation projects • Partner with hospital leaders and cross-functional teams to execute program launches • Build project plans, track progress, and keep teams aligned • Facilitate meetings and push decisions forward • Evaluate workflows and help design more efficient processes • Support system implementations and coordinate across IT, operations, and clinical teams

• Provide comprehensive medication management, including reconciliation, dose optimization, adherence support, and drug-level assessments aligned with evidence-based standards. • Partner with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to order individualized care plans under a CPA and promote seamless medication coordination. • Monitor therapy effectiveness and safety, identify optimization and intervene as appropriate. • Support quality-improvement and REMS initiatives. • Provide recommendations to operations by supporting teammates as needed with complex prior authorizations, improving workflows, educating patients, and maintaining ongoing clinical development.

• Produce site-level financials (heavy involvement in monthly P&Ls, baseline analyses, gross margin analyses, budgets, QBR support as needed, etc.) in a cadenced manner • Track granular economic factors in the business and how changes may affect our forecasts, margins and financials and communicate timely throughout the organization • Maintain detailed analyses of the financials, standard reporting packages and provide support to core business partners with ad hoc requests • Assess and analyze each customers’ detailed revenue and cost of goods sold information to optimize revenue growth and gross margin opportunity • Access and retrieve information and data from various systems and reporting tools. Collaborate with IT and others to develop improvements to systems, automate process flows and reports to facilitate distribution of actionable data • Review monthly results and provide summative analysis to management and core business partners in a timely manner • Collaborate cross-functionally, to identify, scope and monitor growth opportunities and initiatives (both revenue and margin) • Support operations teams and core business partners with thoughtful financial insights and proactively communicate to business partners • Develop data-driven business cases and evaluation criteria for growth and efficiency-oriented initiatives • Build financial and operational metrics and dashboards to report key insights • Support other FP&A workstreams as needed (examples: ERP and operational data integration, quarterly board materials, investor materials, month-end close process)

• Ensure Patient Outreach Coordinators consistently communicate with patients compliantly and convey the culture of kindness and value of the hospital-based pharmacies. • Coach Patient Outreach Coordinators on calling best practices, conversational techniques. • Complete audits of team in DialPad, TelemetryRX application, Electronic Medical Records. • Manage all aspects of ADP, PTO, and Time Reports for team members. • Provide front line supervision and ongoing coaching and performance management to Patient Outreach Coordinators. • Report on hiring needs based on implementation roll outs.

This will be a very hands-on and analytical role, touching every aspect of the business development process with high visibility to the Shields Executive Leadership Team and C-level executives at our hospital partners. We are looking for a self-starter and highly motivated individual to own work products from start to finish and make an immediate impact on the team. It is preferred that the candidate live in EST/CST time zones. - Lead and own the creation of detailed analyses, financial models, and pitch materials for new health system partners and new business opportunities. - Work closely with sales and clinical leaders to develop a partnership strategy based on health system needs and financial data. - Serve as part of the client-facing deal team, presenting financial and strategic analyses to health system leadership. - Support the execution of new business and strategic initiatives for senior leadership. - Perform comprehensive and in-depth competitor, new business, and industry research. - Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the leadership team to facilitate efficient decision making. - Work with cross-functional teams to support new partnerships and provide client-oriented solutions.
