• Organization and oversight of administrative routines related to construction sites and the company. • Filing and management of documents such as contracts, invoices, licenses, and building permits. • Monitoring contracts with suppliers of materials and subcontracted services, ensuring compliance with deadlines and costs. • Liaison with construction teams and other departments to ensure administrative requests are handled efficiently. • Participation in the selection of operational staff (HR). • Timekeeping control (overtime, location tracking, and reports). • Distribution of uniforms and equipment. • Payment control, negotiation, and contracting of systems. • Support in the preparation of reports with key data. • Management of service provider contracts. • Handling operational and administrative requests. • Interface with Occupational Safety and personnel records. • General support for HR and Payroll routines.
• Preparation of cost estimates for new construction projects, executing the defined scope of services • Pricing of extras/variations • Site visits to identify potential extras • Entering estimates and addenda into the Mais Controle system • Verification of budgeted vs. executed work when necessary • Execution of extras, addenda (change orders), maintenance, and general services • Support in preparing estimates for new stands, when applicable • Participation in project measurement processes (may include site visits to company projects)
• Assist the Purchasing and Supplies team with obtaining quotes and purchasing materials and services; • Support the Purchasing and Supplies team in negotiating with suppliers to secure the best price, quality, payment terms and delivery conditions; • Create purchase orders and service orders; • Monitor orders to ensure delivery within the stipulated timeframe.
• Assists in recruitment and selection processes • Assists in managing performance evaluations • Provides internal employee support • Assists with payroll processing and closing • Conducts research and supports the implementation of corporate initiatives • Supports the company's LinkedIn engagement (posts, comments, connections, etc.) • Verifies time records using the Pontotel platform, checking the location where the clock-in/out was registered • Maintains the time verification spreadsheet • Manages physical time sheets for service providers • Supports the Payroll (DP) analyst
