• Act on the functional analysis of requests, translating business needs into clear, structured, and understandable specifications for the technical team. • Prepare functional and technical documentation, detailing flows, business rules, integrations, exceptions, and use cases, with support from the development team when necessary. • Work together with the Product Owner on backlog refinement, ensuring that requests are ready for development (Definition of Ready). • Interact with developers to assess technical feasibility, identify risks, dependencies, and potential impacts on existing solutions. • Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders (internal and/or external), ensuring a complete understanding of needs. • Define and document clear and measurable acceptance criteria for each request. • Support the team in effort estimation by collecting and consolidating estimates from developers. • Validate deliveries by performing functional tests and ensuring the results meet the acceptance criteria before release. • Identify inconsistencies, gaps, or improvement opportunities during the development and validation cycle. • Collaborate with the support team in analyzing incidents, contributing functional diagnostics and root cause identification.

• Provide technical support to users (Level 1 and 2); • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems; • Monitor servers, networks and IT services; • Assist in server administration (Windows/Linux); • Support backup management and information security policies; • Install and configure software and hardware; • Document procedures and technical routines; • Support infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives; • Operate in technical support and administration of environments, ensuring the stability, security and availability of infrastructure platforms, with a primary focus on Windows Server environments (Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022).

• Works with complex integrations (STF, STJ, PrevJud, CNA, etc.) • Works with the judiciary ecosystem (PDPJ, jus.br, CODEX) • Interacts with messaging and search (Kafka, Elastic) • Performs code reviews • Interacts with infrastructure teams and DBAs • Performs problem diagnosis (advanced troubleshooting) • Handles critical internal and external services

• Atuar como o principal canal de comunicação com os stakeholders, coletando requisitos e alinhando expectativas de prazos e entregas; • Colaborar com o time de engenharia (Devs e QAs) para quebrar épicos em histórias técnicas digeríveis e priorizar o backlog com base em valor de negócio e esforço; • Realizar a homologação funcional das features entregues pelo time, garantindo que a regra de negócio foi implementada corretamente; • Criar e manter o Roadmap do produto, antecipando gargalos e sugerindo melhorias proativas na experiência do usuário (UX).
