About the role We’re looking for a BI / Data Analyst who will help us turn data into clear insights and better decisions. In this role, you’ll work closely with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to understand what’s happening in the business - and more importantly, why. You’ll build dashboards, run analyses, and help us shape a more data-driven culture. This is a hands-on role with real impact: your work will directly influence how we grow. • Building the company’s financial reporting system. • Designing and implementing budgeting and financial planning processes. • Managing and monitoring cash flow, including cash flow reporting. • Preparing management reporting (P&L, plan vs actual, unit economics) for leadership. • Creating financial reports and materials for investors and financial funds. • Controlling and optimizing transactional and operational expenses. • Building financial models to assess business initiatives, growth scenarios, and investments. • Clearly communicating financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.

• Conduct a UX audit of the current booking flow and competitor analysis (Click&Boat, Zizoo, GetMyBoat, Tubber) • Map current and target Customer Journey Maps for the booking funnel • Run short interviews with clients and/or sales managers to uncover pain points • Design wireframes and prototypes for key screens: search, yacht card, comparison, checkout, payment • Create high-fidelity UI, design system components, and responsive (mobile-first) layouts • Work with analytics (PostHog) to form hypotheses and design A/B test variants • Prepare specs and assets for handoff to frontend development
