Sales Representative
SEARADAR
• Communicate with clients via online calls (Zoom) and messaging apps (WhatsApp and others) • Identify client needs and gently guide them toward the idea of a yacht путешествие • Present yacht tours as a lifestyle and a unique experience, not just a product • Immerse clients in the atmosphere of each destination: routes, vibe, and details that create emotion • Support clients from first contact to booking, creating a sense of care and confidence throughout the journey • Build long-term relationships and deliver a level of service clients want to return to • Enhance the client experience with premium services: Professional skipper, Hostess, Yacht provisioning, SUP boards and water activities
Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
- Ability to inspire, engage, and build trust in an online environment
- English proficiency at B2+ level (daily communication with international clients)
- Sales experience is a plus, but a service mindset and genuine interest in people are key
