Small Batch Standard

• Own the monthly close for 7–14 brewery clients: QBO, reconciliations, accruals, payroll, inventory, and final review • Be the main accounting point of contact for your clients, answering questions and delivering high-level client service • Coordinate with our Accounting Associates who handle much of the recurring bookkeeping • Prepare and file sales and excise tax for a subset of your clients • Work with our Compliance, Consulting, and Tax teams to ensure they have what they need from your work to do theirs well

• Handle the day‑to‑day AP and bookkeeping work for a set of brewery clients in Bill.com and QuickBooks Online • Maintain clean, accurate QBO bank feeds by matching transactions, entering payroll, and keeping bank and POS syncs current • Support monthly close work by collecting and preparing statements and documentation for your Accountant teammates • Communicate with brewery clients to request information, resolve questions, and keep their accounting moving smoothly • Collaborate closely with our Accountants and other Associates so they have what they need from your work to complete monthly close and compliance filings

• Own details that keep finance, admin, recruiting, and HR engines running • Daily interaction with leadership team paired with deep focus time to invest in projects • Full autonomy to design and improve checklists, templates, and simple systems • Billing, AR/AP, and bookkeeping support • Contract management • Recruiting & hiring operations • HR, IT, and admin coordination
