Senior Technical Product Analyst - Integrations

Role Description This position will be working 100% Remotely from your home office in India as part of a distributed team in the USA, Canada, Europe, and several locations in India. We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Analyst (Integrations). - Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and external partners. - Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to support third-party integration initiatives across SavvyMoney products. - Review and interpret technical integration documentation including APIs, endpoints, authentication flows, and data contracts. - Translate partner specifications and product requirements into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). - Write clear, structured user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. - Create and maintain workflow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and system interaction flows to support implementation. - Collaborate directly with partner technical teams to define integration approaches and resolve technical ambiguities. - Ensure all third-party integrations are kept up to date with the latest partner specifications and endpoint changes. - Work cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, Design, and Product to ensure successful delivery of integration features. - Identify and document edge cases, system dependencies, and failure scenarios within integration workflows. - Define analytics requirements including event tracking, funnel design, KPIs, and data validation needs. - Support end-to-end delivery by ensuring requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with product goals. - Contribute to improving documentation standards, workflows, and integration best practices across teams. Qualifications - 3–5+ years of experience in a product, technical product, business systems, or technical analysis role. - Experience working in partner-facing or client-facing environments. - Strong experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. - Ability to read, write, and interpret technical documentation including APIs, JSON, and endpoint specifications. - Strong systems thinking with the ability to understand complex workflows, logic, and system interactions. - Hands-on experience defining analytics requirements including event tracking, funnels, KPIs, and dashboards. - Experience with workflow and diagramming tools such as Lucidchart, draw.io, Miro, or Figma. - Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented and methodical mindset. Requirements - Nice to Have: - Experience in fintech, banking, lending, or financial services. - Familiarity with credit products, loan origination systems, or financial integrations. - Experience working with analytics or event tracking platforms. - Exposure to Agile development practices and working closely with engineering teams. Benefits - The annual Fixed salary for this position is between 15 LPA - 19 LPA (Fixed) depending upon experience + Variable. This role involves investigating claim discrepancies, validating benefit coverage, correcting errors, and communicating with providers, members, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Review medical claims flagged for adjustment, correction, or reconsideration. Verify claim accuracy, including coding (ICD 10, CPT, HCPCS), billed charges, and reimbursement methodologies. Research missing or conflicting information and resolve discrepancies in accordance with organizational and payer rules. Process claims adjustments, denials, and reopens while maintaining high accuracy standards. Analyze medical records, billing documents, and provider submissions to confirm the validity of claims. Identify patterns or recurring errors and escalate them for process improvement. Ensure claims align with contractual obligations, fee schedules, and prior authorization requirements.
