• Client Relationship Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for national account stakeholders, from local site managers to corporate teams • Investigate and resolve client concerns by partnering with local branches to understand root causes and coordinate solutions • Provide regular client updates (weekly and monthly summaries) covering completed work, production, and upcoming services • Lead quarterly and biannual business reviews — owning the agenda and preparation, with the Business Developer and Head of Business Development participating • Identify opportunities for account growth and partner with the Business Developer to pursue them • Cross-Functional Coordination • Align internal SavATree stakeholders — RVPs, DMs, Branch Managers, commercial arborists, commercial pod, and commercial teams — on client expectations and outcomes • Coordinate site walks, mapping (Tree Plotter), and proposal development with local teams • Support scheduling of sold work with attention to timing and route efficiency across General Tree Care, Plant Health Care, Arbor Patrol, and Lawn services • Keep schedules current and proactively flag conflicts or gaps across the SavATree network • Operations & Compliance • Ensure work orders, proposals, and invoices are submitted, tracked, and closed properly • Manage application timing, DSI, and reporting processes • Process work requisitions and reports that will be added through client portals (Service Channel, Workday, FM, and others) via Commercial Pod Group. • Upload Arbor Patrol and work progress reports accurately and on time • Own and manage POs and incoming service requests through various systems
• Serve as the primary technology partner to business leadership, developing a deep understanding of operational priorities, growth plans, pain points, and opportunities. • Own the day-to-day health, performance, and evolution of the business platform ecosystem, including operational systems, integrations, and related technologies. • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, coordinate enhancements, and manage platform-related priorities. • Lead efforts to standardize business processes, system configurations, reporting, and operational workflows across a growing portfolio of businesses. • Develop repeatable playbooks and standards for onboarding newly acquired businesses into supported systems and processes. • Partner with IT and business leadership to define and mature a scalable shared services support model for business platforms. • Broker alignment between centralized IT capabilities and business-specific operational needs. • Support technology due diligence, onboarding, and integration planning for acquisitions. • Partner with business and IT leadership to evaluate long-term platform strategy and roadmap options. • Remain hands-on when needed to solve problems, remove blockers, and support the business in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible direct leadership and P&L responsibility for a given region • Provide leadership through coaching, mentoring, developing and holding accountable District and/or Branch Managers • Ensure business objectives are met in the key performance areas of Employee Experience, Customer Experience and Sustainability (Safety + Environmental + Economic) • Partner and oversee successful integration of new mergers • Develop and strengthen branch management’s understanding and ability to manage their P&L • Maintain strong partnership with finance to closely track financially struggling branches/markets developing detailed countermeasures and recovery plans for each market • Participate in and at times lead the Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs) • Provide coaching and support to District Managers and/or Branch Managers • Identify under-performing Sales Arborists and partner with District and Branch Managers and Regional Sales to train, coach and improve sales effectiveness • Ensure each branch is fully staffed and promoting an employee led safety culture
• Review, redline, and process commercial contracts — including MSAs, customer agreements, property management agreements, NDAs, and service contracts • Maintain the commercial contract repository and track renewals, expirations, and key contract milestones • Coordinate certificate of insurance (COI) requests, renewals, and tracking with carriers and customers • Route executed contracts for officer signature and maintain the signature workflow • Review large RFPs prior to submission to flag risk terms, compliance triggers, scope gaps, and unfavorable language before bids go out • Prepare pre-bid checklists, bid bonds, and performance bonds in coordination with commercial and operations teams • Manage day-to-day administration of SavATree's GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract (GS-21F-0149V), including modifications, price adjustments, and MAS compliance • Submit quarterly GSA sales reports and Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) remittances on schedule • Prepare for and respond to GSA audits, including Contractor Assessments and Industrial Operations Analyst (IOA) reviews • Capture and document wage determinations at the contract and RFP stage, before work begins
• Define enterprise architecture strategy across enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, Azure cloud platforms, enterprise data, analytics, automation, and AI enablement. • Establish scalable architecture patterns enabling digital customer and employee experiences across CRM, web, mobile, communications, and operational platforms. • Define enterprise engineering and platform standards across APIs, integrations, cloud services, observability, reusable services, technical design patterns, and platform reliability. • Promote reusable enterprise capabilities and scalable platform approaches that accelerate delivery and reduce technical fragmentation. • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leadership on enterprise technology direction, modernization priorities, and technical investment decisions. • Own and evolve enterprise integration and platform strategy including APIs, middleware, orchestration, interoperability, and event-driven architecture. • Guide architecture and engineering direction across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/F&O preferred), ERP, CRM, operational systems, digital platforms, and third-party ecosystems. • Improve observability, resiliency, monitoring, supportability, and enterprise reliability. • Guide modernization of legacy systems and synchronization approaches into scalable, maintainable cloud-native patterns. • Partner with Digital Solution Delivery, ERP, and Infrastructure leaders to enable scalable digital experiences through reusable enterprise services and shared data models. • Establish pragmatic enterprise data governance practices that improve trust, quality, consistency, accessibility, and usability of enterprise data without creating unnecessary bureaucracy. • Enable trusted enterprise data, analytics, automation, and AI-ready architectures leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure data services.
• Serve as the enterprise cybersecurity lead responsible for cybersecurity operations and risk management across infrastructure, endpoints, identity, cloud, applications, data, and third-party environments. • Partner closely with Infrastructure & Operations to strengthen endpoint security, vulnerability management, patching, identity and access management, logging, monitoring, and incident detection and response capabilities. • Provide technical cybersecurity leadership across Microsoft, cloud, SaaS, and enterprise platforms to improve overall security posture. • Partner with enterprise application teams to ensure secure architecture, integrations, and data practices across core business platforms, including Microsoft technologies and enterprise applications. • Lead cybersecurity incident response coordination, tabletop exercises, root cause analysis, and remediation planning. • Evaluate emerging threats and recommend pragmatic, risk-based mitigation strategies aligned to business priorities. • Monitor and assess cybersecurity posture across internal and third-party environments. • Help define and mature enterprise cybersecurity capabilities, operating processes, and governance appropriate for a growing organization. • Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and best practices. • Build and maintain a practical cybersecurity roadmap focused on risk reduction, resiliency, and operational effectiveness. • Establish cybersecurity metrics, scorecards, and reporting for IT leadership and executive stakeholders. • Conduct risk assessments and partner with teams to prioritize remediation activities. • Support security awareness and training initiatives. • Support enterprise cybersecurity governance practices, including access controls, vendor risk management, data protection, and security awareness. • Partner with stakeholders on cybersecurity-related audits, customer questionnaires, cyber insurance requirements, and compliance activities. • Help mature incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities. • Establish practical, scalable controls appropriate for a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization. • Drive accountability, service quality, and measurable outcomes across third-party providers. • Evaluate cybersecurity tools and recommend solutions aligned to business needs and organizational maturity. • Establish a strong cybersecurity operating foundation and improve organizational resiliency through pragmatic controls and risk reduction.
• Supports the organization in terms of effective environmental, health and safety, workers’ compensation management, and loss prevention oversight and guidance. • Instills discipline, accountability, and best practices in pursuit of improved safety, cost performance, compliance and employee relations. • Leads and reinforces the “Path to Zero” proactive safety culture at SavATree across all service lines and departments. • Communicates and maintains rapport with the field teams. • Plan, organize and manage the safety and health process; ensure it is aligned with strategic objectives. • Chair Company Safety Calls and Corporate Safety & Regulatory Steering Committee Meetings. • Review, update, implement, and enforce company-wide safety programs. • Visit branch offices to review and audit safety programs. • Develop and implement safety awareness programs companywide. • Conduct accident/incident review to identify root causes, trends, and determine appropriate countermeasures. • Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations, Federal & State licensing issues, and OSHA inspections.
• Own enterprise-wide performance of NRC, Décor, and Landscape as distinct but integrated service lines • Drive market expansion and branch-level penetration across all regions • Define and execute growth strategies, including: Pricing models, Service packaging, Seasonal demand planning • Create new-year scorecards, RPH rates, budgets, and sales targets; distribute to DMs and Consulting Arborists • Meet with underperforming District DMs to develop NRC improvement plans for the new year • Determine annual KPI and Targets and distribute to the team • Monitor sales KPIs (revenue per Consulting Arborist, budget attainment, hit rate) and coach underperformers • Develop repeatable playbooks for: Holiday installations, Scheduling and routing, Inventory and materials management • Drive improvements in: Crew productivity and utilization, Equipment standardization and usage, Operational efficiency and routing
• Conduct structured follow-up on pitched but unsold proposals across assigned markets. • Execute multi-touch outreach sequences (phone, text, email) to convert opportunities into closed sales. • Maintain strong opportunity pipeline management within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. • Achieve or exceed individual revenue targets and conversion rate goals. • Proactively schedule high-quality, in-person visits for Sales Arborists. • Execute targeted win-back outreach to previously canceled customers. • Support seasonal outbound campaigns such as winter prepayment programs for plant health care and lawn care services. • Deliver outbound communication that reflects SavATree’s premium brand. • Participate in coaching sessions, call reviews, and structured role-play exercises.
