• Conduct structured follow-up on pitched but unsold proposals across assigned markets. • Execute multi-touch outreach sequences (phone, text, email) to convert opportunities into closed sales. • Maintain strong opportunity pipeline management within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. • Achieve or exceed individual revenue targets and conversion rate goals. • Proactively schedule high-quality, in-person visits for Sales Arborists. • Execute targeted win-back outreach to previously canceled customers. • Support seasonal outbound campaigns such as winter prepayment programs for plant health care and lawn care services. • Deliver outbound communication that reflects SavATree’s premium brand. • Participate in coaching sessions, call reviews, and structured role-play exercises.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role within arboriculture OR minimum 2+ years of consumer inside sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in a revenue-generating or quota-based environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort managing pipelines and documenting activity within CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus but not required).
- Ability to confidently handle objections and drive commitment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong competitive drive and relentless execution in achieving goals.
- Preferred Experience in home services or relationship-driven consumer services.
- Experience utilizing CRM and AI-based sales tools to improve productivity and outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in performing at a high level in a hybrid or remote-only working environment a plus but not required.
